Just a reminder this wasn't even a BTS concert, it was an award show MAMA's are the Mnet Asian Music Awards. I can't even watch American award shows anymore (of course unless BTS is performing) because I find most award show performances boring or lacking in creativity. Trust me BTS do get tired. BTS won an award right after this performance and they were drenched in sweat and looked like they were about to collapse. Sometimes they will use supplemental oxygen backstage to help them catch their breath. You guys should check out their MMA 2019 performance. MMA's are a different award show (Melon Music Awards) and BTS did a 37 minute performance and it was incredible. BTS concerts aren't too pricy depending on how close you are to the stage. The problem is they sell out pretty quick like usually their concerts sell out in the pre-sale before the sale to the general public. So then people try to resell the tickets for thousands of dollars, it's crazy. Their next tour probably won't happen until 2026 at the earliest because of their mandatory military service, but I'm saving my money now because their comeback tour is highly anticipated. We call getting tickets for BTS concerts the Hunger Games because it's every man and woman for themself. Thanks for the reaction.

What I love most about their performances is that they sing live. It makes all the difference. You can hear the fire and passion in their voices, and I feel like it's a big part why they are so captivating. Their voices command the stage and demand your attention. You can't help but be glued to the stage.

Exactly, I was very surprised by some people who react to their individual work but never manage to recognize it when they are in a group and how quickly they distinguished it, their interest is evident and that makes me feel happy I hope the other guys react❤

MAMA shows are wonderful artistically, but MNET, the media organization which runs them, frustrates me. Their filming consistently has camera pull backs to full stadium shots often at key performance moments. They often opt to show individual attendees during performances. Sometimes I think they have low camera counts with control rooms only marginally familiar with the music they were filming. But the content of these award shows consists of one-time performances, so MAMAs often contain treasures. Good on you for checking one out.

You said it! I was so dizzy with the camera work staying only for seconds on them before zooming in and out. The cameras couldn’t even capture their moves at the right time, were too close up, or too far away. I truly appreciate Big Hit’s camera work because it’s always topnotch and so well done.

This was an Award show, not a concert. The camera work was making me mad because it kept zooming out when they had amazing choreo. Anyway, live singing and rapping, no lip syncing there. Check out MMA 2019 and prepare to have your mind blown. The award shows generally will NOT have closed captions. MAMA is an award show; MMA is a different one and (in my opinion) has the better performances (with one or two exceptions), but they are all amazing. If you want to see a great Live version of Mic Drop with a 2nd song right after it that is newer called "Run BTS", check out the concert from Busan, SK in October 2022. Two high-energy songs, with a live band, back-to-back and BTS being in their 10th year as a group. I have mass respect for BTS.

Hey great reaction, just to point out that they didn't take breaks, it seems to me that the cuts and the absence of VCRs is just to avoid copyright issues 😅 they even went viral in SK later (again cause obviously this performance was viral) after some videos of them after getting down the stage were uploaded. They were barely able to walk, another level of out of breathe and almost throwing up 🥺 they are THAT dedicated to their craft and one of the reasons they are the all time greatest 🎉

Thanks for the reaction! I love BTS's performances. The preparation, the energy, the vocals, dancing, everything was incredible. I believe that subtitles in performance videos end up getting in the way, because you can't pay enough attention. But the songs have very good lyrics and you can analyze just the lyrics in other reactions along with the reactions in the song's MV video. Remembering that this is just a suggestion.😉🥰💜🇧🇷

Just so you know MAMA and MMA are two different award shows and each year BTS will do both shows (ex: MMA 2016, MAMA 2016, MMA 2017, MAMA 2017, etc) ... since you checked out MAMA then you must check out MMA was well... check out both shows for all the years 2016-2021

It is not a matter of how much BTS concert tickets are but trying to get them they sell out stadium tours within minutes. ARMY often joke about it being the hunger games. People fly from all over the world just to go to a concert. Personally l flew for 10 hours and then return, hotel for two nights and transport to and from the venue, was it worth it ……every last cent.

Неудачное видео. Показывают что угодно, толпу, отдельных людей из толпы, общий план с разных ракурсов, саму сцену из далека. Такое впечатление ,что парни там второстепенны. Все важные моменты в танцах пропущены. Мда, честно говоря, отвратительная работа режиссеров и остальных работников тех, кто занимается тем, что и с какого ракурса показывать, уже не в первый раз это замечаю.
