Just a correction, in the first verse when it lit up for Jhope it was actually still Suga rapping, he just changed his voice and flow. They are all rapper rappers, technique, flow, speed and lyrics. Check out their cypher series 1-4 and their solo work, just note that Suga's solo name is Agust D. Rapline is my bias!

j-hope is king of flow change. there's a song called 2nd Grade where he switches it up like 5 times in a matter of something like 30 seconds and sound amazing the whole way through. you also gotta listen to Ddaeng and all the Cyphers. then their solo mixtapes! man, y'all got a long ways to go 😆
@jhopeur72192 жыл бұрын
Ugh, LOVING the j-hope praise. He's my favorite rapper too. And his verse on this is SO FIRE. The way it starts and gets more hype as it goes and by the time it drops you're headbanging and you can't help it?? Perfection. They're all geniuses in their own right so it really comes down to style and for me, I can't help but be impressed with j-hope's range, versatility, and energetic delivery. And his flow is always unexpected but so so catchy. His musicality is next level. I listen to his mixtape top to bottom every single day. I can't wait to hear what he comes with for Jack in the Box on July 15th!!

Suga raps with so much passion and aggression…RM raps with skill and power…J-HOPE will always come In with the rap that completely shocks the hell of you the way he switches it up. His rapping is very unique. (My bias)!

i love it when suga plays with auto tune, suga loves using and playing around with auto tune and the thing is, he doesn't use it to "sound better" but he uses it as an instrument to switch things up and just adding a lil extra something to the songs, he loves playing around and experimenting with auto tune and I love it, it's never obnoxious or bad it's always just so satisfying to hear
@alipotter06132 жыл бұрын
There are a few BTS tracks that need an explanation by the DKDKTV channel. It makes the song better once you understand the amazing wordplay and Korean references. Some of the words in the song like pook and ugh actually mean something in Korean, they are not just for aesthetics. If you want to check out rappers solos try 1VERSE by JHOPE, MONSTER by RM and DAECHWITA by SUGA. Good luck.💜

With UGH BTS gave us a song to bop our heads to, and the beat and their flows are aggressive, it gets you fired up inside. But the message within the song is talking about anger and how is gets used, often in meaningless ways. BTS lyrics will sometimes contradict the style of music. It's great to just listen to the music because BTS can be enjoyed on so many different levels, but if you ever want to truly understand what sets these guys apart from the rest it's the lyrics that give you the insight.

Yeah it looks like a lot of people are already saying it but make sure to check if there's a DKDKTV "explained by a Korean" video that goes with some of these BTS recs. I cant wait for you guys to get to the Cyphers!!!! Look into the back story, the ire they drew from some members of the underground rap/k hip hop community...RM and Suga came from the underground scene and got a lot of ish for becoming idols. The BTS rapline is very hard to top all 3 have different flows and styles but they have 11 years of practice working together and this song is a masterpiece. A literal essay on the idea of online anger and hate comments and how hate and online raging is hurting the world. Utterly brilliant rapline also littered with Korean cultural and historical word play and references. Also one of the hardest beats I’ve ever heard.

For color coded lyric videos, there will almost always be few errors when higlighting the one who is singing, just letting you know :)
@crystalsnow11382 жыл бұрын
Not only that but they lyrics aren't always accurate either.
@dineongoepe78572 жыл бұрын
It depends on which channel they choose the videos from. The most famous channels like Jaeguchi and Lemoring are the ones that almost always get the lyrics wrong and incorrectly highlight the members parts(it's like they google translate the lyrics and they release the lyric videos a few hours after the new songs are released to get the views...that's why their videos get a lot of views). But there are other channels that actually get the lyrics right and highlight the members' parts correctly. Personally I like the channel "afTaehyung" because they actually do their research for BTS lyrics and even highlight the members who do the background vocals and ad-libs.
