Thanks for your comments guys, I totally forgot about the other meaning in this song being towards older generations and the pressure that the younger generation faces in comparison (very similar in the UK as we had ‘baby boomers’ who got property etc so much easier than we could). I LOVE how you're starting to notice Jimin. Out of all the members I think JIMIN best expresses the IDGAF attitude of Baepsae. Of course, if you're in it for the hip thrusts, JK and Hobi are there to deliver. Overall, ALL the members look so good here. Namjoon with his bird walk, Yoongi with his outfit, V acting all goofy, Jin with his bird dance. Baepsae is a classic.

I have to say that for me, j-hope's knees are what makes this video (and others with these jeans) that much more awesome! I'm not sure if you have seen the DKDKTV explanation of the meaning of the song....but he explains many Korean cultural references. In his explanation he explains the the crow tits are the millennials and the storks are the Baby Boomers. It goes on to explain that the older generation drove up housing prices to the point where younger generations have no hope of ever getting into the market, but the boomers tell the younger generation they just aren't succeeding due to lack of effort. I see it as a sort of "OK Boomer!" type song. Thanks for reacting . It's kind of a practice you have to watch 7 times to focus on each member individually

Wow that’s similar to what’s happened in the UK as well, younger people can’t get a house cos of the prices but we had a boomer generation that it was a lot easier for. Happy for them but sad for us 😩

your interpretation of the song isn't completely wrong, but it's more political than just responding to haters! the song addresses a lot about the social conflict and hierarchal division between younger and older generations in south korea with references that are totally expected to be missed if you don't know a ton about the culture. sorry to ramble a little i just found it really interesting :D anyways love your videos!
