In Dis-ease, RM saying "I'm ill" has three meanings wrapped in one. In Korean, "il" means 1. So basically he says he's number 1. And "il" also means work. So basically, he's sick, he's number 1 and he's the work itself. The man is a genius.

This was great! I'm glad you guys checked the lyrics out. That's half of their magic. I think they did a beautiful job with tackling the pandemic. It's a topic that people could really mess up, but they did it so tastefully. It's vulnerable, brave and determined. There's something very beautiful about the way they let us in through their music. And while anyone can tell what this album is about by listening to it now, it sounds timeless because these emotions can exist without the pandemic as well. As for Dis-ease, it's about their occupational hazard. They've spoken about how they feel uncomfortable or restless when they are free because they are used to working hard. They feel the need to create even when they're taking a rare vacation. In a sense, this inability to stop or feel like they are doing enough unless they are at breaking point is their occupational hazard. They said they chose the name "Be" because it can hold a multitude of meanings including existing and being present in the moment.

Loved this. You understood the message so well while going through the lyrics. Just BE. The best way I could describe this album is that it sits with you like a friend as your going through your emotions in relation to the pandemic & just in general. A lot of BTS’s music gives me that feeling of company but Mono (playlist by RM) and BE really captured that as a whole. Whole heartedly agree with you, no moments of weakness here. Love your videos! BTS has been number 2 or other numbers on billboard a lot in the past few years, but dynamite is their first number 1 that stayed on billboard for soooo long. They got number 1 with their albums like tear, BE map of the soul 7 and other ones! ❤️💜

I am binging on your BTS reactions in order. If you haven't yet their albums usually is a told in trilogies. I recommend picking an era and go through the three albums to get a cohesive story. For example the Love Yourself album series consisting on LY:HER, LY:TEAR and LY:ANSWER

It's a super long one but if you ever wanna get a real feel of the immensity of BTS's musical talent, the Love Yourself: Answer album has everything possible in terms of style, genre, emotion, versatility, individuality etc. It has group songs, rap songs, vocal songs, individual solo songs, everything you could want! Also, the narrative of the entire album flows so perfectly and tells such an incredible story I think it would be awesome for you guys to listen to it! :)

omggg... i was excited when it pop up in my recommendations, it was such a surprise to see this. i also remembered watching the fine line review. The have there 3, number 1's all in 2020 that is dynamite, savage love (remix) and life goes on (without industry, radio and playlisting support). Armys gifted the number 1's to the members upcoming birthdays. Also to they were saying that since most of the songs all the album were sad and much it needed a happy ending that's how dynamite become to be the last track.

U should check out Map of the soul 7 or love yourself tear for versatility and how they explore different genres. Tear starts with a little R&b and contains an Edm, pop-rock and a track with a jazz influence z outro being hiphop heavy. Map of the soul being jst as diverse and with an interesting messeges.

A really fun video featuring BTS is their carpool karaoke video with James Corden. It's just a group sitting in the car with him singing and relaxing and having a good time. There's even a surprise dance portion of the video towards the end. I think you guys would enjoy it.
