Here they’re displaying the meaning behind the track, Jimin shows it through his solo freestyle dancing reflecting their shadows since he’s the black swan and brings out his wings (which wasn’t part of the original choreography) this particular choreography was done by brailizan dancer along with their company’s personal choreographer Mr. Son Sun-Deuk where then Jimin helps the others since it’s more his element but Hobi & JK can also do it. I also noticed Jin’s reflection didnt move within the mirrors when he turned around 👀 *The song is very sad even though it may not appear that way, it’s about a dancer who dies twice after they stop dancing but the first death is most painful* BTS most scariest fear is one day they’ll lose the passion for music and dance, making them die their first death.* THIS IS AWHOLE NEW LEVEL FOR THEM WITH A MORE GROWN UP MATURE VISUALS AND OUTFITS THAT ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD WITH THEM SWITCHING BACK & FORTH FROM LIGHT AND DARK. *If you’ve seen the Black Swan movie with Natalie Portman then which explains why they filmed and danced in a theatre setting* IN FACT: After watching it a couple times RM got inspired by it and decided to written a song about the sacrifice an artist makes when they stop performing!

YES!!! So excited when I got my notification and you ladies did not disappoint! This song is my favorite and this MV was so amazing for many reasons.. a couple of comments on some stuff you guys mentioned: 1) the shadow dancing behind Yoongi was Jimin, as well as the shadow Jungkook looks at in the end scene. They mentioned this in their own reaction to Black Swan, which I hope you guys react to as well because it is adorable. 😊 2) The MV was filmed in the Los Angeles Theater in L.A. 3) The deep line Johnny mentioned is actually the inspiration for this song. It's derived from the quote "A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful” and it comes from the iconic American dancer Martha Graham, named Dancer of the Century, who fell into depression when she retired. This song is the story of an artist who fears the end of their career, when their music and passion no longer moves them or their audience. 😢 My favorite part of the video is 11:12. Apparently, what Jimin does here is called an Illusion in Reverse, an EXTREMELY difficult contemporary dance move to pull off, especially for a male dancer. So easy to miss but once I slowed it down.. wow. Anyway, just wanted to add my two cents. You all looked lovely and DeeDee, your makeup was on point! Love you ladies!

Thank you! I love Martha Graham!! We always studied her in my years of studying dance. I totally understand, the day I stop dancing.....omg I will literally need to talk to someone. It is indeed a death. With the Illusion in Reverse, I was thinking to myself that I felt like I've seen that tad bit before, just couldn't remember the name. I loved doing those in class! lol Even when we did hip hop, I did it lol It has been a while since I've done contemporary dance lol I am rusty indeed! Ah I'm back cause I had a random request lol I never request anything but I just want to ask cause I don't see it in yalls videos lol I know you guys like/vocals, I've never really seen any videos of you guys doing like bands or indie groups. If you guys want, whenever you get back together. Would you react to some Jaurim songs? Their basically an older k-indie band, the lead singer Kim Yunas's voice is just *melts in place* I would love to see her and some Sohyang reactions too :) it's different than the usual pop stuff.
