The choreo was probably altered a bit to make it easier for them to sing live. On BangtanTV, they have the recording of both IDOL and I’m Fine as Bangtan Bombs (I heard fan chants with I’m Fine)

I have never gone to a prerecording, so this is from my own assumptions. The prerecorded performance is the one that is broadcasted on television (to minimise risk of mistakes), however at location, BTS is doing a live performance, and so the audio on location is laid over the prerecorded performance. So BTS stayed until the end of the show, and then travelled to the award show straight after.

Yessss, they changed the choreo in 2 places. One is what you mentioned, the "Ohohohoh" part and the other part is just before that part. Like everytime the chorus came they did the flying kick each time and now they dont. Oh wellll. ITS STILL GOOD ANYWAYS.

I am glad you reacted M2 version (BTS focus) as you can see the whole performance. Sometimes a music show camera focuses on a certain point (a singer's face, or clothes) which I find little disturbed. as we all assumed, BTS roasted the stage! :))))

During the actual TV broadcast you can hear the fans loud and clear, for both their performances, but it seems like the "fancam" versions did indeed cut out the chants and screams, basically like how AMAs did it as well I guess

I think this was just the camera/stage test! I know these shows tend to do multiple run-throughs or dry rehearsals beforehand, especially for comeback stages, so MNET probably decided to film the fancam then. Pretty sure they do this for a lot of artists who get fancams or focus videos. BANGTANTV posted the actual broadcasted live stage and it has all the fanchants and everything. So hopefully since this wasn’t even the broadcasted version, you’ll be extra safe!
