Not eating is also really bad for you're brain it would be best that IF tries to lose weight to do it by simply eating 3 times a day but smaller portions , that would help in gaining muscle as well

I really don't think they need to go on a diet, they're perfect the way they are. But if they insist, then they should have a proper and balanced diet that doesn't really make them suffer like that, I mean 1 meal a day isn't gonna help. It's just going to make you hungrier and eat more. Seeing these guys go through so much really hurts me so much, they should understand that we like them no matter how they look.

I understand jimin's diet differently. So he eats one meal a day and he did it for 10 days. Some ppl interpret it differently they said jimin basically starved himself but ate snacks and on the tenth day he eats a meal.

Chim Chim Jimin society. In Korea they bashed Jimin so much about his chubby cheeks which lead him to going on these extreme diets. Then they started bashing him because he became too skinny. I wouldn’t be surprised if it lead him to feeling insecure. He’s doing better now thankfully.

He didn’t eat only one meal a day for 10 days, no he ate the one meal only on the 10 day. So he only ate some snacks 9 days and on day ten he ate one meal... So it’s more unhealthy ... But I’m trying to do this too ...
