RM = Rap Monster...it was his stage name for the first few years but he felt like he outgrew that and changed it to RM = Real Me. His government name is Kim Namjoon (in Korea it's last name first, first name last...so his first name is Namjoon). When reacting to BTS/members it's best to put on captions, their videos will have translations that way you can also understand the parts that are sung/rapped in Korean. Would love to see you react to more RM...I wonder what you would think of Groin! Has a throw back 90s UK rap vibe. Other MVs from his latest album Right Place, Wrong Person are Nuts, Domodachi, Come Back to Me and honourable mention for Credit Roll (it's a short transition track). If you did a whole series I would definitely tune in for it all!

They all have solo projects before they left for the military but they are still together as Bts they arent breaking up at all as soon as they get outta the military in 2025 they will be touring and making more music as well and i cant wait.

All those people in lost are different sides of RM. Showing him having to leave/ use parts of himself to make it to the top. BUT those parts of himself he lost are the most fun. TRY early RM with WALLE CHANGE. ...every project RM puts out is totally different from the last. INDIGO the previous album had collabs with Erykah Badu, Anderson Paak and the beautiful WILDFLOWER ft YOOJEEN ( gorgeous mv)

17:40 DEFINITELY NOT LEAVING THE GROUP - all caps for emphasis, not yelling 😜. It was symbolism that it takes all the different parts of his personality to help him get out of the maze of his brain...that he needs all these parts of himself. I know there's a long history of groups breaking up, or having lots of drama but BTS are just built different. They've been together for 11 years ( + the years they went through artist development - or were trainees as it's called in the kpop sphere), even shared a dorm for most of that time, call each other brothers, and have literally been through hell and back together. They are really supportive and even though they've been having this time of solo releases while navigating mandatory military service, they have all said one way or another that the group is their #1 priority. They even signed another 7 year contract as a group that's staggered to start as each one finishes their service. These guys talk about growing old together, and it's not just for fan service, they really mean it. That's not to say there aren't struggles and a lot of RMs latest album is him expressing those parts of himself that have had to suck up anger, resentment, disappointment, and disconnection from himself even. His identity since he was 18 or 19 has been as leader of BTS and he took/does take that role really seriously, but that also meant he had to take a big step back this past year to reconnect with himself. I think we can all feel that way sometimes. But even during that time, maybe not being as active with the guys, he was still involved, performing at another members concert, attending another's showcase, doing lives and connecting with fans and being there in just smaller ways. Sorry, didn't mean to write an essay, but wanted to make it clear that BTS are seven members and plan to stay that way.

Love the way y’all theorizing all over🤭. As many have already stated BTS is in the middle of their mandatory military service & already members have started to come out, but they worked hard before going to leave us with all kinds of individual content that has taken to new heights their artistry as individual artists beyond of what they already had as a group. None of the guys are leaving, they’re very supportive of each other’s projects, celebrating them every chance they get. Honestly to me this video means that sometimes you get too in your head with all the people that live up there & you never know who gonna come out & be the one the world gets to see. He legit goes into his head while he’s starting the “presentation” & technically he disassociates & goes into his head & then he kinda wakes up from it to find out it was already over.

“Nuts” is one of his cool ones too And oh man. I’m a millennial. Knowing how huge Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC were, as well as groups like B2K, none of them ever came close to BTS. Especially versatility. Some of the best rappers and vocalists of S Korea in this group. Just don’t force yourselves to react just because your comments get crazy flooded. Sometimes it’s better to watch stuff because you want to. Ps he raps in English and Korean so you’d need to turn on captions.

Just FYI, like with everything else, there is a TON of misinformation and just plain malicious rumors regarding BTS and its individual members EVERY. EFFIN’. DAY. Only trust official sources when it comes to them. The facts: 1) He & his bandmates already signed contracts to reconvene as a group in 2025 when they all complete their military service. 2) They have always had space & support to pursue individual projects but have always expressed desire to remain a full group and even now introduce themselves as “___of BTS”. 3) In the MV (which just won an important award for Craft Cinematography) the 4 people with him represent aspects of Namjoon (RM’s real name) personality - overconfident, anxious, jaded and goofy-. What it all means exactly is open to interpretation, but neither *HE* nor his company have given any indication of him leaving the group. It doesn’t make sense for him (or any of them) to do so. By their own words and actions they are a close-knit family & enjoy spending time & performing together.

22:49 The guy “drinking all the water” represents Namjoon’s “goofy” self. (Note the permanent silly grin) So he was either purposely trying to make the other aspects of his personality laugh/relax or he was trying to get a drink but had a “mishap” and almost drowned himself in the process. Either one is likely but the second one more so. (This will make more sense if you watch some of their unscripted group content - they’re all goofballs when they aren’t in strictly-professional mode).

BTS WRITE THEIR OWN LYIRCS AND EVEN PRODUCE WHEN THEY HV TIME. RM IS THE MOST LYRICIST OF THE GROUP. KNOWN FOR HIS DEEP BEAUTIFUL LYRICS. EVEN GOT AWARDED BY THE KOREAN MILITARY DEFENCE FOR HIS LYRICS AND THE PRIDE THEY BRING TO KOREA

No RM is not leaving BTS. All the BTS members are doing their military duties now. BTS will come back as a group again in June of 2025. Another member you should react to is Suga DAEWITCHA, J-Hope MORE, Jungkook SEVEN FT. Latto, and Jungkook 3D ft. Jack Harlow.

No rm is still in bts the group is currently on hiatus until June of 2025 when they complete their military service.

BTS is in military service so some of them are dropping solo music before going, they didn’t separate just in a break, i love your reaction💜I recommend to put on the Subtitles, Rm usually changes verses in Korean and English

thank you for continuing to react to them the more you react the more youll learn about them dont listen to negative comments those are typically bts haters who do it on purpose to push people away. please react to Domodachi ft lil simz and please turn on cc for all bts related reaction unless it say auto generated English then those will be wrong. and if a song dont have a music video or the music video dont have captions please use a lyric video from channels like dial six one three seven or zaty farhani they translate good :) 💜

Thanks for the reaction guys. My second time watching you since the Meg & RM reaction. You should check out his Tiny Desk Concert. Some of RM’s older tracks to check out Do You, Moonchild, Change ft Wale, Joke, and more of his recent recent tracks Still Life with Anderson Paak, Wildflower, Groin, Nuts. RM is a member, leader & one of the three rappers of the group BTS. He’s still serving in the military with 6 of the other members. Once you head down the rabbit hole, you won’t be disappointed. No those people are representing his emotions like fear like anxiety etc and how he had to deal with them while being a world star performing in stadiums giving speeches Infront of world leaders and what's so on namjoon aka RM tbh idk what his name means anyways in his latest album he talked about how it was hard for him to be the leader of bts for 11 years because he is the leader and the translator the one who deal with everything concerning the group conflicts between the members the hate they receive their company and all it's fvcked his mental health but I'm glad his bros got his back and left him be to take a rest in a recent interview one of tge members to him that he was concerned that he cut them off for a while but after he learned what RM was dealing with he understands and told him to keep touch if anything concerning to tell the group btw he ain't leaving they are coming back in june 2025 since all the members are serving in the military only one member got discharged in june we are waiting for his solo album

I'm not sure that "cut them off" would be the right choice of words. More like he took a step back. To cut someone off is to have nothing to do with them and basically remove them from your life because you're angry or done with them, but that isn't the case here. Even in their MiniMoni session, RM told Jimin something like he needed some physical space, but not emotionally. He just needed some time to think as Kim Namjoon, rather than Leader RM and he couldn't do that without "flipping the switch". Even then, he still rehearsed and performed with Yoongi for DDay, would chime in on member lives (I know for sure during at least 1 JK and V live), and was there for JK's showcase.

I am going to subscribe to watch you go down the BTS rabbit hole. I found BTS during Covid. I liked the music because it reminded me of the 90s R&B and hip hop. I am 62 so I miss the old school. If you like R& B check out the solo tracks My Time by Jungkook or Stigma or Singularity by V. Also J-Hope’s new album Neuron has a track with Niles Rogers from Chic Lock/Unlock which is 🔥🔥🔥

@@DottaLey Keep in mind that Joke is off his 1st mixtape from 2015. It's basically a diss track of him proving himself as a rapper since he and another member of BTS (Suga) were dissed and looked down on when they went from underground to BTS as a "idol" (pop) group. There's an offical mv on BTS' official channel BangtanTV but there isn't captions.
