Yes, Lightroom is great for that! But I think adding atmosphere really sells the lighting effect.

How about using a polarized filter to minimize the reflections in the domes’s?

That will go in another Lighting 101 video (I did one on Controlling Reflections) but in short, not all reflections can be managed by a polarized filter on the camera alone. The light itself has to be a polarized one and that takes extra steps. There's more to it, especially if you are dealing with more than one light source.
