Hi,where did you buy those lights?
@markphillipsphotography2992Ай бұрын
Awesome! What's the need of the godox receiver or is that simply to raise the arm more?
@FourBricksTallАй бұрын
I typically shoot with flash so in order for me to like this setup, I need my trigger. If you don't work with flash, remove the trigger.
@markphillipsphotography2992Ай бұрын
@FourBricksTall I should really use flash outdoors more, if anything just as a fill light. What your main reason for using flash outdoors? Gain that extra sharpness or just to control the light better?
@FourBricksTallАй бұрын
@@markphillipsphotography2992 The light is hardly ever where I want it to be. I can just focus on location and bring my own light to it.
@markphillipsphotography2992Ай бұрын
@FourBricksTall yes totally get that. I may try some lego shots today using off camera flash actually. I've got a spare hour this afternoon.

Hi ! Your videos are so good ! I am learning a lot watching them 😊 Quick question, where could I find some background like yours (I don't know what to type to search). Thank you ! Really love your work 😊😊

Look for photo backgrounds for flat lay or product photography. You can also find them on Amazon.

I wish I had moss in my backyard :( Loving the staff design, I might try making it if I have the parts.
@FourBricksTall3 ай бұрын
When I didn't have moss around, I bought it at a florist shop. It'll last you a while and you can just take it with you.

Great job! I love the big mushroom in the background.
@FourBricksTall3 ай бұрын
Thanks! I built the mushroom for another project and thought it would be a good fit for this photo. I should build more props for my minifig portraits outdoors. Really makes a big difference!

@@FourBricksTall I agree, you should show off your building skills more. I have a good idea for an outdoor shoot, I think you should shoot a Lego rock climber minifigure.

I've been wanting a smoke machine for a few years now for miniature and macro photography. I still haven't seen the one to make me part with my cash but they are getting closer. Thanks for making another video.

I'd keep my eye out for the Smoke S Mini. That power seems ideal for miniature. And if it's under $60, would be great.

Ulanzi smoke machine is almost the same price but better. You have a remote control and can control the fog amount and speed seperatly.

I'll have to try that one out! For some reason, it's not easily available in Europe or in Amazon stores here.

Sooo many questions 😅 first really cool picture. What shutter speed do you use in such low light settings and to capture the smoke without getting blury. AND how did you light the windows?

I don't have instructions nor is there a parts list because a number of them don't exist in the colors and sizes needed. That's why it needed to be a LEGO Ideas project: so LEGO can make those parts available.
