Yeah they're all more introverted than you would expect, I think it's just not that obvious because we always see them together and they're really comfortable around each other, so they seem more extroverted. But if they are with other people, they can be a bit awkward actually, it's cute.

I think it's a common misconception that people mostly confuse being an introvert with shyness or not being sociable which is not true. Introverts socialize and can sometimes be the loudest person in the room like Jin for instance it's just that we need our alone time to recharge as opposed to extroverts who get their energy from being around people

Introverted extroverts do exist (they are actually introverted but can adapt to situations and bring out some extroverted-ness) Jk, Jin and Suga have always been in the introverted category.

Don't see this as me chiding you, but I hope this can be more factual information for anyone who reads this: There is no "Introverted extroverts" because they're not adjectives. Being outgoing does not equal "extrovert" and you can be an introvert without being awkward or having issues socializing, since they're not in tandem at all. The grand majority of people are AMBIVERTS, but the point of these terms are purely on one factor - do you gain energy from socializing, or not? If you gain more energy by socializing, you're an extrovert. If you gain more energy during alone time, you're an introvert. Also... this is more complicated so there's no need for me to ramble, but "i [Ni]" and "E [Ne]" in MBTI does not exactly mean any of this anyways. But yes, still, Jungkook would be considered an "I" lol

@@SoggycereaI Umm actually, "extroverted introvert" is another term for "Ambiverts" (you can google it and see it for yourself) so you are saying the same thing pretty much. 😅The latter part of what you mentioned is not completely factual (I minored in psychology) Of course being outgoing does not equate to being an introvert but one can gain and lose energy based on a multitude of factors; I could never lose energy if I am with close friends but change the crowd and you'll see me getting drained within minutes so it is never set in stone. The factors rely on many variables and elements such as environment, sensory characteristics, people, history of abuse and trauma, known and unknown triggers etc. Second of all in the scientific community, MBTI has been widely regarded as pseudoscience so we never use it in our practice or research. It's just a conversation starter of sorts and not one that is taken with too much seriousness. Now for those who do believe in Myer Briggs, it also states that "Ambiverts" do not exist. Here's an excerpt from Myer Briggs: "Similarly, the effects of Extraversion and Introversion work together to make us who we are, despite our preference for one or the other. So, ambiverts don't exist, despite what the most outgoing yet deeply introspective of us might tend to believe. We can't prefer both Extraversion and Introversion equally. For example, someone with an Architect personality type might feel awkward at a party but be a great orator if they're knowledgeable about the topic." The reason why I said Jk is an obvious "I" is only because that's the characteristic that has stood out more often only from what we have seen but then once again none of us really know him or his personal life in depth, therefore it is all an assumption at the end of day. It is purely based on observations from the small snippet of his lives we have seen and not the complete picture.

​@@aparna12242 I only used "ambivert" as a catch-all for words people generally understand, since - as you said, it depends on many variables. The main reason I commented was because I keep seeing people self-conscious where they state something along the lines of: "I think I'm built wrong" / "I have a split personality" because they aren't the flanderized introvert, even in this comment section. And I'm not entirely sure why I replied to you a month back, but I'm figuring the way you written it gave off that one-noting seen to either type which had me direct my comment outwards, which I don't really see anymore anyways, since you specified they exist yourself, yeah. And stating it as 'more factual information' when it was hardly a presentation at all was just unnecessary. I do agree.

You should watch hobi's JACK IN THE BOX LISTENING PARTY....you will realise that most of the members(even hobi) are very shy. Esp, jin, kookie and jimin....they are just loud around each other...lol..

I'm an introvert for ppl I don't know or haven't been around that much but my extrovertness gradually comes out and i become comfortable around someone once i sufficiently get to know them or if i were to be with them constantly 😂 mine's INTP-T btw

@@phibakhongkhlad2996 Don't worry, you're just an ambivert, like the majority of people. There's obviously no black and white, but people have simply watered down these terms. Even then, you can still be an introvert but like hanging out with friends. Being an introvert doesn't automatically mean you're awkward, or that you don't like spending time with friends, it simply means that you gain MORE energy alone. And it so happens to be, that those people who like to spend time alone - also end up being socially awkward and whatnot.

Schedules are definitely a source of stress for me as well if I have an appointment in the evening I won't be able to relax or do anything the whole day 😭 and setting a date for next month to meet a friend tho I'd be happy to meet them but it'd definitely stress me out as well, but the thing is if I don't set a date I'm not gonna meet you I'm pretty lazy

I notice every time that people don't know the difference between introversion, sociability and shyness... You can be introverted without being shy, you can also be extroverted and being shy (It's rarer but it exists). An introvert needs time alone and doing activities alone to recharge their batteries, (most of the time) they have a fairly low social battery and are fatigued by social interactions. So you can be introverted and be completely goofy with your friends and then need to spend 2 days alone to be able to have quality interactions again. It depends on each person. Introversion and extroversion are personality traits such as being shy, sociable, conscientious, understanding, calm, etc. This is why we cannot say that a person is introverted or extroverted based on what we see. Just like the degree of sociability is unique to each person. This is why we talk about spectrum when we talk about personality traits because it varies for everyone. And talking a lot or not cannot be linked to that. Me for example, I'm not talkative in general but that's not related to my shyness or introversion, I'm just like that. Because of my shyness and lack of self-confidence I really have trouble approaching strangers but once I know the person well the shyness disappears and I manage to open up, to be more fun, etc. The number of people matters a lot in whether I can let go or not. I can have social interactions but after few hours I just want to be alone and go home because I need that. And again, it depends on each person.

I love that people's mbti changes. I've been an ISFP since I was a teen. I'm almost 40. I've taken the test so many times... it's always the same. My husband is an ESTJ. We are opposites, but that's why we work. I can see why the guys had to learn each other first, but are so close.

The thing is that we usually see them together and they are so loud and chaotic but if you watch some content of them with other people you will find out how introverts they are lol. Namjoon is definitely the "E" in the group haha he always love to go out and meet people and stuff while Jin, Yoongi and Jungkook are definitely "I". I feel the members don't have drastic percentage differences between "I" and "E", but more between "J" and "P" like Hobi being "J". Idkw some people usually think that "I" means shy people lol bc there're definitely shy people in both but is more in the way you recharge your energy or feel more comfortable 😌 The member that I have always felt most different from my personality in many ways is definitely Jimin. I'm a INFP-T and I've always feel identified with Taehyung. My "I" and "E" percentage is not that different which it makes sense to me taking in mind all the results when he did the test years ago and also Identify sometimes a lot with Seokjin and Jungkook when it comes to "T"

jhope ,jin and jk are the lousest Introverts since debut... Jk, Jin and Suga have always been in the introverted category since debut. They are always "I" you just don't expect it but when they are not together they tend to be a that person. Jhope is really an "I" and he even said before, that he can't even talk and laugh loudly at his parents house and just always in room during early days compare when he is with BTS members he really shows his jolly personality.
