Aren't we all lucky to be living through the BTS era? Being born in the late 70s I have missed experiencing the Beatles era and I was still a child in school when Michael Jackson was dominating the music world. I'm glad that even though so late in the game, I'll still be able to say that I was a part of the legendary BTS movement that had lit the world ablaze with their brand of music. They’re young yet already living legends. So glad to be able to live in the same era as BTS. Late 70s! Wow! Pleased to meet you sir! I’m an army born in mid 90s~ Tho I understood how massive The Beatles and MJ were; I have a few fave songs by them. But living and being able to be at the age to fully appreciate such legends is a whole different thing. :) Also meeting other ARMYs and other who appreciate BTS for not just their music but also what they represent. The message and motivation they give. I love every moment of it!

This is the same for me. I wasn't born when the Beatles were massive and I was too young to fully appreciate MJs world dominenation in the 80s (although I am a life long fan). I became a fan of bts in 2016 and it is so exciting to witness 1st hand this rise of new world wide legends . What an era.

Actually Suga is a great dancer. The only reason it’s not as apparent is because well..there are members who are OUTSTANDING in dance. Kinda like JK rapping, he’s a good rapper..but put side by side of 3 rap DIETY it’s kinda natural to oversee it 😂 I’m just happy more people finally sees it now.

I really wanna see your reaction to the full album. Idk what it is about MOTS: 7 but it’s just SO special and honestly has become my favorite bts album. The production, the lyrics, and the emotions in it are just top tier. It was honestly a rollercoaster listening to it because I was super hyped for half of it and full on bawling like a baby during the other half. It’s a worthy listen!

I'm a new ARMY, like you, but I've listened to a lot of their music from different yeas. I have no doubt at all that 7 is their best most mature piece of work. All the band members are glowing, and displaying all their faculties and talents, using them to the maximum possible. Any areas of weakness seem to have disappeared and they are all at the optimum in every area. ON - while some don't like it - is I think a magnificent, dynamic, defiant call to the opposition to make their case, because BTS now have nothing to prove, nothing to fear. Given the arc of their musical career, it's an appropriate recognition of how far they have come and a fitting lead song for the album. It's also great to sing and dance to. I'm in my 60s, so I've experienced so many musical eras, from the populist movement of young working class people making their own instruments (Woody Guthrie period - I was VERY young), Elvis, the Beatles and Stones, Joan Baez, Carole King, etc, the Who, Led Zeppelin, Madonna's materialist contemplations, MoTown's gritty black industrial powerhouse, Michael Jackson's magical world, British Punk fury and venom, etc etc. I also always loved American music of the 20s and 30s - show me a better protest song than Billie Holliday's Strange Fruit - stops my heart every time I hear it. Every generation needs, absolutely needs, a song to embody their fear, rage, and determination to flourish. I think that, for now, ON may be just that. Thank you for your reaction to this : it's lovely that you now feel that you are keeping up! But, wait, no doubt something new will knock you out of your shoes again :)

The album is pure fire. I was expecting perfection, yet and still, they gave us more. These freaking men are...I've got no words for how incredibly talented they are. They're just more and it's been my privilege to see them comeback better, stronger and fiercer every single time. They just NEVER disappoint ARMY. That's for the haters and Antis, lol. I love that they always have a message for them and it's always a very classy FU. I think that's what they've taught me most. To keep it classy. I was always the type to break through doors, windows and heads when riled (I think that's a NY thing, lol). Now I just laugh and live my best life. I've found it to be effective and richly satisfying. 💜💜💜

If you watched the Today Show interview. When they talked about the ON song and performance and then had it playing on the screen behind the guys, I didn't know why RM, Jin and JM started pointing to Jungkook to speak. It's because Jungkook is the one that came up with the ON. He said he just turn N.O. around to say ON and worked with RM in creating the lyrics for the song. So Jungkook is actually the co-producer for this song. Great Job Jungkookie!!! 💘💘
