It is shot in the Hybe building. IU was one of his latest artists and couldn't believe the hospitality of the place. Some featured artists wanted to move to HYBE because they were so impressed. If you watch the very first Suchwita with RM as a guest it was awkward... Suga really didn't look at RM and I think RM was coaching him a little... not that it is a bad thing. Suga has come out of his shell with this series, and although he has always been fun has growth as a person allowed him to be even more vulnerable and more fun on the DDAY tour. He rocked. RM appeared a second time to interview Suga member of BTS thus the R-chwita remark.

I love it when an artist writes from experience and has lived the song before they can present it to the world. Suga lived and executed the song Snooze with Suchwita. Suga wanted to have a talk show - wanted to use it to give the other members an avenue to talk about their solo projects, etc., as well as live out his song Snooze by giving other artists an avenue to showcase their talents to encourage them. He wanted it to be different than other variety shows which artists are forced to go on if they want to be seen or heard, a safe place where they can be themselves without having to be at the beck and call of the host to do ridiculous things. It's good, thoughtful, and fun to see people I knew nothing about sharing their gifts. Artists call him to be on the program, and you get to see and hear the people and things Suga has an interest in.

I think that's a part of why the show has attracted so many introverted guests and people who haven't been to variety shows in a long time. Suchwita has an raw natural feel to it where you don't have to have your celeb persona on and try too hard to be a star for the audience. It sort of invites a level of humanness where people realize they can be themselves and Yoongi, as the host, will show genuine curiosity about them and what they have to share. He's not looking for the next viral soundbite or the keep the jokes going. His questions aren't shallow and it makes people get vulnerable with him. It's so good.

RM and J-Hope are 94s but Hobi is older. RM was born in September and J-Hope in February. You should see SUGA interviewing Taeyang. He is such a fan boy and really excited to meet Taeyang. He was thrilled when he asked him over to visit. Then when Tablo came on he brought his daughter, Haru, with him so she could find out info about BTS for her school project straight from the source. We didn’t see her but she was there. Hobi gets sleepy very quickly when he drinks so he’s out for the count before you know it. When Taemin came on he is a 93 like SUGA so said they should become friends but Jimin who is Taemin’s friend was very sceptical that the two would get on well. Such a lot of great interviews over the series. I do hope he continues when he is released from his public service duties. Thanks, Ben.

8:43 not suchwita but they've done kkul fm and festa dinners which are similar to this. they do it every year for their anniversary (excluding 2023 and 2024 because they're in military).its pretty much the same, it's a total of 9 eps combined, the first 4 eps are kkul fm which is more like a radio show where suga is the dj, they get together and talk about their year, their future plans, themselves. each other etc. and play silly little games like revealing secrets about each other. The rest of the 5 eps are festa dinner which is more like suchwita, there's no mc, they get together for drinks and dinner, they eat and drink while talking about the same things as kkul fm

(wow the editing style made me think i was having a seizure and I know those clips by heart, kuddos to you for following along) 6:02 SO... long story short, they were talking about when they were at the beginning of their careers and working on their first full length album Dark & Wild (after only doing mini albums), and because the agency was especially poor then, they sent them in LA to do reality tv show because it brought exposure, but mostly bc the equipment for album recording was cheaper in america, but it meant BTS had to both film a very stressful tv reality (American Hustle Life) at the same time of making a full album in a garage (cause that's the only place they found, we got pictures it's insane). They were out of it, had no time to sleep at all and very uncertain of their future hence why Suga says he seriously considered leaving cause smn had to stop the madness but they were in America ... where was he going to go? Couldn't speak a word of english back then too. And by the time they got back to Korea, the album was done and the promotions started
