Fun fact: The 7 nickel plated doors BTS came out of the UN were donated by the Canadian Government; on the exterior of each one of them are four panels symbolizing peace, justice, truth and fraternity! It was serendipity that the 7 members of BTS came out of those 7 doors! :)

Notice how they came out through 7 doors!!! These are 7 doors that were donated by Canada when this UN building was being built. They are made of nickle and bronze and each have panels on them in bas-relief depicting peace, justice, truth, and fraternity. It's almost like the Universe was just waiting for BTS to show up and show us the way, lol. 7 men - 7 doors. 💜

I cried so much as I was watching this live as I was just so proud of the guys that words can't begin to explain just how proud I was. I love this so much and the lads truely taught me to love myself and just be happy for who I am and not for who people want me to be. There really are seven doors on the north side of the United Nation's General Assembly Building. These nickel-bronze doors were a gift from the nation of Canada and each one has bas-reliefs symbolizing peace, justice, truth and fraternity. (From twitter ryuminating) ISN'T THIS CALLED DESTINY?

♦️Apparently an inside source said that BTS, such hard workers, spent hours recording that video (VCR) earlier at the UN to be shown right after all the members so brilliant speeches, (right after President Moon's speech, who also introduced all BTS ever so proudly), so that all the participating dignitaries in attendance could not just hear their speeches but watch the VCR to see them actually perform as well!!

the PTD performance was pre-recorded from 1AM (few hours after they arrived) until morning of Sunday. But singing was live and not lip sync. Then they had to prepare early on Monday for the USGA and had almost full day of activities. So they must be tired. But they all still look so handsome. And with their professionalism, the performance execution was at its best. Good job as well to Mr. Son and creative people of BH for such great and amazing flow of the performance - from the Assembly Hall going outside through the 7 doors with the facade of the UN HQ and at the grounds near the Hudson river and showing the panoramic skyline of NYC. Thanks as well to the flash mob dancers. Kudos and bravo to everyone who was part of both the speech and the PTD performance.

In watching their Vlive they said it took about 15 hours to do the whole performance and this following a 14 hour flight from Korea. What amazing performers and great ambassadors to their country and the youth of the world!

1- BTS received Certificates, Appointed as Culture Special Envoy for the Republic of Korea by Korean President Moon. Enhancing the nation’s global status. Raise national dignity by enhancing the status of Korean Culture. 2- BTS received “Diplomatic Passports”. 3- This is third time attending UN, and second time asked to address the UN General Assembly. 4- BTS asked to perform the UN General Assembly. The night before, they created “Permission To Dance” video at the UN Building, NYC. 5- Sept 25th, BTS to perform at the Global Citizen Live 2021, NYC’s Central Park.

The fact that they did this with NO sleep right off of a 14 hour flight?! Till 3:00am! Then a little sleep then filming the outdoor stuff that same afternoon! Wiw! They said they were all dead on their feet doing the video & then speaking at the generL assembly, EXHAUSTED & SUPER NERVOUS! They were shaking (Especially Jimin as he tells it) and so nervous to speak in front of other people because they havent done it in nearly two years! Jimin says he even lost his place in his speech for a moment, but found it again while his legs we shaking. Watching the video of PTD & their speech you would never know.
