this is my fave bts song of all time. I love how they use Pluto being demoted from a planet to a dwarf due to Eris being discovered as a metaphor for being dumped. All the bits about how they lost their names and significance even though they're still orbiting around the person they loved. And -248c is about the temperature of Pluto's surface. Namjoon's lyrics are especially clever cuz there's a bit of wordplay in Korean that doesn't exactly translate. (there's a full description in the summary of the video you watched). Anyhow, it's a gorgeous song and I love how it sounds and the lyricism.

Literally my favorite song in the world. It's their most experimental in my opinion, it's like a lo-fi jazz sound and I hope they do something like this again. Yeah basically it's saying that you're Pluto in the eyes of the person you loved who you're no longer with and you don't know how to be since you were always that person's person (so how Pluto was declassified and forgotten about). It's a brilliant song and man I just love how it sounds. I would pay anything to be at a concert where they perform it 😍

Omg 134340 is one of my favourite songs ever. I would suggest if you can't react to it then do listen to the studio version too in your time you definitely won't regret it. The live is incredible too. Oh and yes it is about a relationship. It's basically about how they feel after a breakup just like how pluto must have felt after it stopped being called a planet (hope this makes sense cause English isn't my first language 😂)

BTS reportedly does not accept sponsorship deals from luxury fashion brands. The members do wear many brand name items, but they simply choose them based on their preferences and concepts. Companies that want to promote their clothes often just have to hope that they somehow make it into BTS’s wardrobe..

the song meaning is not about missing pluto like literally) hehehhee, but their using pluto as a references. Pluto are demoted from planet that did not have its name anymore and was labelled with a mere number (134340 --> The title).. In this song, they refers to themselves as the Pluto and the sun is their lover or someone who is very important to them but has left them. Even though their significant other had decided to end things, they feels that their life still revolves around that person.

If I am not mistaken, BTS reject sponcer unless they are designated representatives of the brand. Members and the company (I don't know the exact ratio, 50/50???) pay their own outfits and costumes. I heard sponcers demand different things from celebrities in return and BTS are not up for that. BTS don't even accept fans presents and accept only written things like cards/letters. They used to accept gifts at their early stage of BTS but not for very long time. That's why fans are donating in BTS & Army name to charities and for good causes instead.

5:52 they compare themselves to Pluto and not naming any genders so do not presume it's about a relationship with a girl/assume sexuality. (this is if I hear you right here and you are saying "I think Pluto is representative of a girl") Edit: 8:54 yeah nowhere do they say woman or girl so just say it's about a former love/partner, there are many ways to say it without saying a gender of the love interest + not only aren't you assuming the BTS members sexuality then but the songs are then even easier to connect to for anyone so it just better, no matter your gender or sexuality. But anyway, them = pluto, pluto no longer a planet when Eris was found = them dumped and "you erased me, you forgot me". Clever lyrics.
