Yeah I didn't try for seats with my code (can't afford the trip rn), also know quite a few people who didn't, but then again: even if half the people from MOTS tried, it'd still be the same situation. I'm just hoping for a new tour :) also I think they should've limited the tickets for the LA shows to only attending 1 date, I saw so many people getting tickets to like 3 or 4 of the dates......

I had the VIP ticket code but didn't use it because I work retail so getting time off to travel during thanksgiving just isn't possible. I did watch it all unfold though and it was sad that something so exciting like BTS finally coming back to the states was turned into such a negative experience for so many. While I am typically the kind of person that really doesn't care if people go to one stop, several stops, or all the stops, in this case, given the limited shows basically catered to the entire country to make up for the cancelled tour, this should have been one that during presale, a single account should be limited to one show. While I don't think it's fair to say that it is unfair for someone to go to all the stops, I would say in this case Ticketmaster made it unfair by not making a rule that would actually help more fans get access to these shows when that was really the whole point of the codes in the first place.

EXACTLY! They should have made a rule to have tickets for one show only. We cannot blame anyone who got tickets for more than one show, because they basically didn't break any rules. But it would have been nice for this specific situation to limit the shows per account. Anyway, I'm sure bts will announce a full tour next year and they will have a ton of dates for North America. I just hope they do as many dates in Europe, Asia, and GOD WILLING AFRICA TOO!

Honestly, this isn’t anyones fault but Ticketmaster’s. They have a hold over the entire ticket industry in the US and you can’t do anything about it because how are you supposed to fight the one company that controls everything? Artists have tried in the past and they failed big. Ticketmaster’s biggest problem is how they *encourage* scalpers and resellers. This disaster proved it because resellers has tickets available even before actual armies got access themselves. They encourage it because they get a share from it. Nothing Hybe can do about it. Not even creating their own ticketing system would work because all venues have contracts with TM (correct me if I’m wrong). It’s just so frustrating. Maybe something would change if artists came out to fight this, what essentially, is a scam. But until then….this will continue. MOTS ticket holders were majorly screwed over. You weren’t even given a chance because TM gave tickets to scalpers and didn’t even give you the option to buy soundcheck. Insane.Hopefully next year when BTS come out with a new album, touring will be possible again. They should’ve given you the option to get a code for the next tour.

The problem with TicketMaster is they are the scammers and they are also the ones who sell the "verified" re-sale tickets. Wish there was some sort of oversight of TM/Live Nation

As I'm watching this, Ticketmaster just randomly dropped/opened up more seats without warning, even the ones on the floor. It is such a mess. I just hope I can use my code for another tour date because it is my only hope to possibly get tickets next time around.

It's not something Bighit can magically fix. This is a true monopoly, unless HYBE somehow manages to build their own venue and ticketing business there ain't nothing they can do about it unfortunately.

I got super lucky!! Got seats in the 100s but waited 2 hours to get them! I also got kicked out of the site !! Ticketmaster really needs to come up with a better system. I’m sure people will sell tix closer to the date. Don’t give up!

i was able to get two tickets in the 500s for me and my friend yesterday. our goal was to just get into the stadium 😭 sat in the queue for about two hours and thankfully there were still some seats left. while i was lucky, i do agree that the entire situation could've been handled better. i think the people that had soundcheck for MOTS and weren't able to get them again were royally screwed over. it would've been one thing if literal armys were snatching up soundcheck tix, but Ticketmaster allowed bots and scalpers to buy them, and now they're being resold for $10K 😡 those tix are non-transferable so what are armys supposed to do? the whole thing just sucked, i feel so bad for you and any other armys who weren't able to get tix. i hope they announce a full tour quickly so you can go because you deserve it! 💜

Don't worry that you didn't get tickets now, just wait until Oct. 12, when Ticketmaster will let ppl resell and transfer tickets. I know a couple people who couldn't get tickets during the initial ticket drop for LY in 2018 but tried again a month-ish later and got pretty good seats right behind the floor. Or you could do what I did in 2018 and just go to the venue the day of and go to the boxoffice. I actually got pretty decent seats on the left side of the stage! And didn't have to pay the Ticketmaster fees!

@@khae_g I believe we went to the boxoffice around 1-2 in the afternoon day of, and the concert started at 8pm! You could go to boxoffice any time on the day of the concert, but it closed exactly an hour before the show started! Good luck!💜

I went through the same excruciating ordeal. I waited two hours and didn't get tickets. I ended up in tears but my daughters went back in and didn't give up. Almost 6 hours later we got tickets in the nose bleeds but I feel so blessed to have gotten them. Wishing the best to others.

I had a CODE , was 20 min early on the lobby: waited only 15 min and my turn to select seats!!! I was so excited!!! Finally!!! But NIGHTMARE!! Omg!!! Messages like " Ooops another fan has taken " message will appear in every seats selected. UNTIL I GAVE UP AT 9pm. I ended up buying tickets from VIVID quadruple the price. My last BTS concert..... I love them but the fans dont deserve this.

I have really bad social anxiety so I don’t go to concerts, but I have wanted to go to a BTS concert for 4 years now. When I heard about the dates this year I finally decided that I needed to go to see them in person at least once. I didn’t have any codes and was actually in the waiting list for the verified fan code. Never got it. I thought that the 9th would be my chance to get some extra tickets left wanting anything at this point, but I didn’t realize how bad this was going to be. When it finally came around for my turn they stopped selling tickets. I am super sad, but also not surprised. Wish I had the guts to go the the previous past tours. Regrets.

I hope you tried again today. There were a good amount of tickets available. I was concerned as well because it seemed like all the tickets would be sold out but they seem to be saving some for each presale. My friend & I were both logged into our computers at my place. I was stuck in the queue & wasn’t able to get in right away but my friend’s queue went very fast! She got in within 10min & was getting tickets while I was still stuck at 2000+. She was able to get soundcheck tickets for us!😭😭😭 By the time I actually got in (which was around the 40min mark) it pretty much looked like your screen with only the back areas available. Keep trying everyone!!!💜💜💜

She was using my desktop pc & I was on my MacBook. Because she had a class & wasn’t able to get to my place until after 2pm I logged us in. I even refreshed into to queue onto all 4 dates first then moved her into the queue afterwards. It seems very random how everything works….Good luck!!!!

The 0007/0003 error codes, was something that happened all pre sales dates. First day I keep selecting seats for an hour straight showing the same error without matter the kind of seat I selected, for the second date I learned to leave that page and enter a new line in a new tab and the error dissapeared but the damage was done, second pre sale date had less seats available and 5 time more people trying for tickets. There was also the problem on the queue with the system pushing out of the queue a lot of people, pre sales done only for stadium seat holders, international credit card errors, and the continue errors in all dates that made you lose a lot of time just for start queue again if the errors appeared. I also tried for the army membership pre sale date but the queue was more that 2 hours long for me, at the time I reached the tickets it was completely sold out. For the last option, the ticketmaster fan pre sale, I was put on a waitlist and never entered the final list for the pre sale date. I didn't get any ticket and I was a silver ticket holder for MoTS tour 😭😭😭

ARMY PRESALES 10/7 This video I needed, these 4 shows is the hardest tickets you can try to buy, you was either lucky or not. I sat there as well trying to be positive even ready to get nose bleed seats and it would not let me put not one seat in my cart. But my purple heart goes out to the ones who had tickets to MOTS and still couldn't get a ticket I am truly sorry. But I have feeling more shows are to come soon. Stay positive ARMY!

I really think Hybe allocated the same amount of seats for day 1/2 presale (mots ticketholders) and day 3/4. I only had presale for day 3 and was not really optimistic after all the horror stories from day 2. But I got in within 15mins and there were PLENTY of floor seats, I couldn’t believe it. Now securing seats was another story, bots were definitely at play there. I gave myself 4 attempts and when I couldn’t get any, I moved on to the 200s, got my tickets and called it a day. My cousin who was trying for the same day, 11/27, got the level 200 vip seating. I guess we got lucky. I also heard that the error (0007) most people were getting had something to do with the mots refund. I don’t know what the hell ticketmaster was thinking pulling a stunt like this on an already stressful ordeal. They should’ve warned or asked people to contact them ahead of time, not in the middle of the hunger games. I’m so gutted for the day 2 mots ticketholders 😢 those who didn’t get tickets definitely deserve to get a code for the future tour.

I also tried to buy yesterday...and it was so horrible LOL, sat in line for TWO HOURS. Literally finished the last four episodes of Squid Game waiting... and yeah, only seats in the 500's left. I am from Canada, so I didn't feel it was worth it to fly all the way to LA for nosebleeds. It was so disappointing that everyone who was supposed to get a small reward for buying MOTS tour tickets ended up in the worst ticketing situation ever.

Ok. I had the same experience as you. A completely useless MOTS code. Also, before we got on, it said no VIP available. Why? After waiting in line for 1.5 hours, I kept on clicking on 500 level seats for another 1.5 hours. Then it finally kicked me out. NO TICKETS AT ALL. So, the next day during the Army sale, I see people posting on FB that they were getting VIP and lower level seats!!! WTH?! Then they even open up more seats because of the demand. I am definitely salty and pissed. They should have least lets us use the MOTS code the next day if we weren't able to get tickets the day before. I'm going to check out the sale tomorrow and see if I get anything.

This is my experience everytime i have to buy ticket for a concert. I really hope in the future the various ticket shops will fix the buying system because everyone knows that propably resellers with bots will put those tickets 4x of the price. I had the membership and got a code and I was so worried about the seats bc of everything everybody was saying yesterday but when I finally when into the “pick your seats” section, it looked like there were a lot of seats left so I was really surprised. I was trying to get tickets with my code from the past canceled tour and it was literally the worst experience ever. I was waiting in the queue for over 3 hours and when it finally loaded there were only seats left in the back so I didn’t get any since I live far-away. Then got a code for the army membership and was able to get a seat in the 300s but I feel like those who got tickets from the previous tour should be able to get tickets from the section they had from the canceled tour. Cause they already went through the stress of getting the tickets and not being able to go.

Buying tickets was a disaster. I got in on Wednesday within 20 minutes and kept getting the same error you had gotten for over an hour and then gave up, tried for another day and got kicked from queue twice when I was the next person, and spent nearly three hours trying for tickets, tried again on Thursday, got kicked from queue twice, got a nosebleed seat, then around six thirty I saw someone post on Twitter fifteen minutes earlier that Ticketmaster released even more tickets for ARMY membership, went on to Ticketmaster to see if it was true (which is was), and finally got really amazing seats for Wednesday and Thursday.

We tried the next day, Army membership day, and its was exactly the same experience, we went into the waiting room right on the dot and like you when we tried to buy anything we always failed. We were doing it from the UK so the the sales actually started at 11pm, we kept trying until 1am. Like you I thought I was in with a chance as I’d actually been allocated a code by `Ticketmaster, not everyone did. Our Plan B was to try again today, for the general public sales, only for Ticketmaster to announce the cancellation of this sale as the concerts are sold out.

I didn’t even try to tickets because I’m just not able to go. I had barricade seats for the mots tour and it was gonna be my first bts concert so it was definitely heartbreaking when it was canceled but I also understand why they decided to just go ahead and cancel it. I do agree that it would’ve been more beneficial if they would’ve just let us who had tickets previously have a code for a next tour (which I also think is very possible for next year). I think that by next year they’re most likely gonna have another full album out with new solo songs and the staging and overall concept with the mots tour production just wasn’t going to go together very well so maybe they just wanted to start over again. And who knows maybe if they announce another tour in Jan/Feb they might do some sort of presale again for previous ticket holders…

I hate this. Last year I had such a terrible experience getting BTS tickets. I couldn't get in because Ticketmaster kept telling me my account didnt exist and then my pre-sale code was invalid. And when I finally got into the waiting room, it took me over 3 hours to get tickets. I was so stressed out. I didn't receive a code this time, but I had already decided not to try for tickets so it didn't matter. But it should not be this stressful to buy tickets for any show. It's so sad and scary.

When I saw they were limiting it to 4 instead of 2 tickets like MOTS, I knew it would be REALLY bad. My code was for Tuesday and I didn't bother trying for Sat or Sun. I truly think the biggest problem was allowing 4 instead 2. It definitely would've more fair with the same limits.

I had the membership presale and at first I had to wait in the queue for one and a half hour, then I got to the seating chart and ALL of the tickets were sold out. But later (maybe one hour) after I already left Ticketmaster and kinda gave up I decided to go back and check on some of the dates. This was when Ticketmaster announced that they released a few more seats due to the high demand (and because most of the people left, the queue went by super fast) and I was able to get a ticket. I guess they did save some of the spots and I was lucky because I decided to go back for some reason.

I had a code for the 2nd sale but it went so bad, fortunately I had a code for today's sale and I scored two tickets in section C129!! Don't loose hope if you're trying for tomorrow 😊

Would have been a disaster if they had just done a general sale (even more than the pre-sale was). It would have been all the people from the 19 shows, plus new fans, plus general public interested, plus all the scalpers. Yeah, I'm glad Big Hit/HYBE did it the way they did even if it wasn't perfect. If ticketmaster didn't have such a monopoly and exclusive venue rights with nearly every major venue/stadium in North America, it would be easier for artists to sell to their fans & not have to worry about membership pre-sales. This is what happens when you have a monopoloy and a government that refuses to regulate a market and enforce anti-trust laws.

I'm sorry you had such a rough time. I did the army membership one, and had a smooth process. Got in after 20 minutes, and it only took me 3 tries to get seats on the first level. But I assume there were far more people in the MOTS day than the army membership day....

So my friend who has the MOTS tickets said her experience was horrible but finally got nosebleed tickets. I had a fan club code and had less issues. Now we were trying for dec 1st and 2nd so maybe less ppl trying? They had all the 200 section open. Maybe try for resale tickets? I’m sorry it was horrible.

So mots ticket holders got screwed like i saw army members getting better seats than we could have got! It was such garbage and yes I agree that people should be allowed to go to multiple days but I think for presales the tickets should be limited to one show so that more people get a chance at those seats as well, like then if any extras then you can get them during general sale. I’m honestly so done and tbh everyone’s blaming TM but this is also HYBEs fault too. They signed a contract so they know.

I managed to get 4 tickets on 28 Nov and 1 Dec shows. I was in the queue for like 1.5 hours. When it was my turn, there were only nosebleed sections. But, hey, no tickets are bad at BTS concerts. But as I was choosing the seats, they were like disappearing like magic. As I clicked, before I could finish the transaction, the system said one of the tickets have been taken up by someone else. So I had to like click click click disappear click click disappear. It must have been the most stressful few minutes of my life but I managed to get 4 tix for 28 Nov. For the 1 Dec show, at first I could not get any tickets. But I tried again like a couple of hours after all tix were unavailable. I found out that Ticketmaster opened up a couple more sections. So, I managed to get 4 more tix for 1 Dec. Wow... that's my story to get tix to BTS concerts.

i didnt try for the PTD show bc I'm from the UK and we never even got to purchase tickets for MOTS but honestly, I agree with what u said about codes. They should have let you all use the codes for the NEXT tour instead bc ain't no way all the code holders could get anything out of it

MOTS presale was indeed a disaster. No VIP seatings and lots of errors. I wasn’t even able to get a nosebleed seat. Today all the nice seating opened up for verified fans.

this was an absolute disaster and honestly it made me feel better to watch a video of someone having a similar experience to me. i was able to get tickets in the nosebleeds but i was in the queue for 2 hours and it was just a giant letdown. especially because i had floor for two mots dates. grateful of course that i get to go at all but. my god what a MESS.

Got into the seat picking part within 20 minutes but still couldn’t get a seat. Spent 1.25 hours picking seats and getting errors and left with nothing. I don’t know why they thought it was a good idea to have people from 19 different shows try for 4 shows.

I was able to get tickets for me and my little bro. After waiting for about 2 hours. I got tickets for the first day. I had tickets for the Map of the soul so I got the code as well. I think lots of poeple didn't realize that the presale codes for the map of the soul ticketholder were all the show dates across the world not just LA or America alone. If the PTD concert is going to run at full capacity for the 4 shows that only 280,000 tickets if you compare that to the entire Map of the soul tour which was about 2.4 Million tickets I believe if I am not wrong with my math that is about 11% chance of getting a single ticket I bet its even less then 11% due to the high demand and as well a lot of tickets were on hold for those who bought season ticket passes for Sofi Stadium

@Ed North America was the only world tour dates that Hybe had not canceled their shows for MOTS. The scheduled shows for S. Korea were quickly canceled at the start of the pandemic. And the rest of the tickets for the world tour never went on sale. I read that SoFi can hold 70,000 to 100,240 seats. So "technically" they could've had 400,000 Army attend 4 shows which would've been pretty cool,,, I am so happy you and your brother will have the opportunity to see BTS Live!! Congratulations! 😊👍💜🎶

I went on the second day to be honest I just got lucky and I got in around 30 minutes and I was only buying one ticket for myself which is probably why I was able to get it pretty quickly but of course it is unfair to those that had tickets and lost it but hopefully they will release more in the future

it was so awful, i was literally one of the first people off the queue but every ticket I clicked on had error 0007 and eventually I gave up and I didn't end up getting tickets, I literally had tickets to MOTS rose bowl for LA too, it sucks :/

When I saw the dates, i automatically passed on it because thanksgiving and weekday dates were not ideal for me for traveling....but hearing all the mess that people went through, so glad I didnt bother this time. i feel like my blood wouldve been boiling >< Congratz to everyoneeee who got TICKETS!!! and hopefully for us who didnt or didnt try this time will have better luck next time?? haha im worried too

hour and a half wait? Gurl i had to wait over TWO HOURS to get tickets to Taylor Swift's 1989 tour but at least i was able to find tickets. Also the reason you kept getting errors was because somewhere in the world someone else was also clicking "Buy" at the same time and the system wasnt updating fast enough to close those seats
