I love this song. Great choreo. The songs 'Save me' & 'I'm Fine' are connected. If you re-watch V's part in 'Fake Love', on the wall behind him you see "Save Me'. But upside down it's 'I'm Fine'. This mv was done in 1 take. There is a 'behind the scene'(shooting sketch) where we see them filming it, and it was not easy. It was raining, the ground was slippery & it was cold. And we can't forget to praise the camera men who had to learn their own choreography for this. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The live performance you watched was a mix of Save Me and I’m Fine (which is a sequel song of sorts). Most of the time when Save Me was performed, they did the portion you saw before shifting to ‘I’m Fine’. But I think there are full performances of ‘Save Me’. If I have to guess, JK got his tattoos around 2019-ish.

JK started getting his tattoos in 2019 so it's not that long ago. But he got more than Jimin right away and have constantly been adding and now has way more than Jimin. JK has his right hand and arm full of different tattoos, first in 2019 they were covered with a glove or tape or blurred too often so we are really happy now when he shows them off more. But in Korea tattoos have been very tabu and not allowed to show any on broadcast etc, now it's actually is getting much better and much less tabu fast. Jimin was first when he got his 'Nevermind' one on his ribcage but then it wasn't until 2020 he got 2 more, '13' on his wrist and 'Young Forever' one word on each arm over the elbows and recently 2 more, 'Youth' behind his ear and a crescent moon just below his neck so he has 6 or 5 if you count Young Forever as one. Of course they might have some in places we haven't seen. Oh and Jimin had a fake version of his Nevermind tattoo and another fake one too on his torso for the 2014 performance where he rips his shirt off, just so you know, the real one came later.

Jungkook got the tattoos before the love yourself tour in 2019. Save me the mv came out way before that in 2016. Completely different album release times. Seeing the footage of the concert, I wish I went to the love yourself tour, it was quite magical.

The choreography of this song is amazing. Unbelievable how in sync they are when they perform this song. In one of their live performance the words Save Me switches to I'm fine when it gets turned upside down. You saw them perform this song during their concert you watched at the theater. Can't wait to watch I'm fine next.

one of the memorable fancams of save me performances is when BTS was supposed to perform at this korean show but were cancelled without Notifying BTS AND ARMYS.. A lot of armys were already there, and so...BTS chose to perform without lights, no cameras on.. just for ARMYS.. its heartbreaking but it proves our bond...

Save Me is my #2 favorite BTS song. It was my #1 for so long until Black Swan lol. But I love Save Me so so much!! Also Jungkook started getting tattooed in 2019. So a couple years after this video.

The MV is done in 2016. Jk had his tattoos around 2019 and still has to hide them at first. Fun fact thsi MV was done on a rainy, windy day. They had to repeat it many times because it is a one-shot video.

Live versions are often longer if there's an extra long dance break, or if they medley songs or have one blend into the next just like Save Me and I'm Fine. It becomes a whole story. Also, JK got his tats only within the last couple of years. Bicep and hand first, and added to his sleeve. It's not until the past 6 months or a bit longer that Big Hit has even been showing his tats. He always had to cover them or they blurred them out.

I know all this is already recorded in advance and you’ve already reacted to I’m Fine. I wish you had picked a live performance with the title shown because Save Me and I’m Fine are anagram of each other. Even the intro music are the same, but reverse. As someone mentioned, the title is also a callback to Fake Love (when V sees it written on the wall). Also DJ, since you work with video editing did you notice there was no cut scene in the Save Me MV? It’s a one continuous shot video. This MV was released about the same time as Fire. This MV ended with “Boy Meets” and in the Fire MV it said “Boy Meets what”…and you are correct it’s to announce Boy Meets Evil. It is the theme to their BU/ Wings storyline- the struggles, temptations and sin that each of the boys go through.

well tthat. has been a long time i seen anyone react to that version of Save Me / I'm Fine, Im so used to seeing it (SPoiler ) with the turning name. Save Me (2016) was long before the tats of JK (2019). I think he started to show after Fake Love if i'm not mistaken. Save Me and I'm fine got molded together after Fake Love with the Turning mirror writing. They are single live versions of it but after 2019 it was almost always a mix of the two songs Ooh and you guys probs remember Save Me from Tiny Desk Concert & and the infinite room Festa thing :)

Jungkook got his ARMY tattoo in the end of 2019 but the company forced him to hid it and then he got another tattoos in his whole arm but he hid them to , until 2021 he start to show his tattoos I’m so happy for him 💜

Save me was realeased in 2016 and this perticular performance was in 2018. Jungkook didn't get his tattoos until late 2019, so that is why he didn't have his tattoos in either of these videos

jungkook has hand tattoos on one hand as well as a full sleeve on that same arm, i think he started getting them around 2019? jimin also has a couple tattoos on his rib cage, arms, wrist, behind his ear & the back of his neck 💜 recently in a couple of their vlives, the boys talked about all getting matching tattoos! :)

JK's Hand tattoo says ARMY but if you notice the "J" and all the "+" signs. Its ARMY + "J" For "Jin, J-hope,Jimin & Jungkook" the "A" in ARMY is an upside down "V", "RM" and the "Y" in "ARMY is for "Yoongi (SUGA)." So ARMY + BTS 😁

I went to see them in LA for PTD and the day before the concert I was talking to my Army friends about which songs we’d probably never get to see live and I said “Save me” and how it was one of my fave choreos and one of my fave songs. Cut to day 1 of PTD in LA and they do Save Me. I have a video of me saying “is it…. Is it Save me?” And then losing my ever loving mind!!!!!! I screeched so loud you can barely hear them singing on my video I barely remember that song live I think I went into a fugue state or self hypnotized myself or something 😂😂😂😅

Watch Save Me + I’m Fine MGA 2018 performance(kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqjLfqBnrqlojtU). As they transition from “Save Me” to “I’m Fine” the song titles flips and “Save Me” becomes “I”m Fine” and you can hear how “Save Me” ends with the beginning of “I’m Fine”. The songs have opposite meaning. Lyrics are similar but opposites of each other, for example, in “Save Me” it says “please reach out your hands to save me, save me”, and in “I’m Fine”, it says “Now I’ll let go of your hand, I’m fine fine, fine, fine”. If you compare the beginning of the songs, “Save Me” begins with, “I want to breathe, I hate this night. I want to wake up, I hate being in a dream, trapped in myself, being dead”, and “I’m Fine” begins with, “I open my eyes under the stingingly bright blue sky, rays of Sunshine raining down on me to make me feel dizzy. Breathing air fills me and my heart pounds, I can feel it so easily that I am alive”.

So as you see Save Me and I’m Fine reflect each other. Pay close attention to RM’s verse in both songs. His verse function as an ambigram. If you read Save me down and read up on I’m Fine they have opposite meanings. It’s really cool 😎 💜💜💜

the time Jungkook got his fist ever tattooed is unknown but probably end of 2019 and early 2020. as Korea is a more conservative country the members often wear full sleeves or put patches to cover up tattoos when appearing on national broadcasts. the other member who has revealed and is confirmed to have tattoos is Jimin.
