Just a little update: I noticed that after a while the concert website forgets the logins, and when you login again you have to validate the ticket once again. DON'T STESS ABOUT IT! It's totally normal and you just have to press on "validate ticket" again and in seconds it will be ready to go! :] Also, for the 2 devices: You don't have to validate on both, as, once you validate on the first device, when you login into the second one it will show as validated already! Just make sure to login with the same account on both devices uvu

Hi there, I'm glad you found this helpful even if you weren't able to get the tickets!! TT To buy an official army membership you will need to download the "Weverse shop" app (you can find it in your phone's application store), choose the BTS Global store and you'll find the available membership options in the "Membership" tab! :] If maybe I misunderstood and you meant simply a Weverse account (which you would need to access the Weverse shop and buy stuff too), you will have to download the "Weverse" app and create an account with an email and a password of your choice, the process is guided and it's pretty simple! :>

So, from what I understand, the problem is that the card that you are using doesn't have the right validation process unfortunately TT Korean online payment systems accept only cards that have the 3D authentication process active (check what that is and how to activate it from your bank! Nowdays most cards have an option to have this kind of authentication process and usually it consists of getting an sms with a one-time code to confirm and proceed with your purchase) :

I’ll be making a video on the October online tickets soon~ The difference between 4K multiview and Hd multiview is that the main camera (the one that has the shots the direction wants everyone to see hahaha) is accordingly 4K or Hd! It’s just a question of what kind of device you are using, if it can handle 4K you will have a clearer image~ Make sure you check the device requirements before you purchase! :]

I recently made a video for that concert too~ there are no informations as of now about whether they will have on-screen fans like other times or how to get that opportunity :< They usually just read the general comments in the comment section while the concert is going on to interact with fans, but I doubt there will be more interaction that that hahahahaha And of course your sister can watch with you! If you are in the same room using the same device there is no limit on the people you can watch with, but if you share devices there is a limit of max 2 devices from where you can log in (I made an example of this in my new video)~ Hope this helps!! If in your order details (which you can find in "My Orders" section on weverse shop) it shows a green "Purchase confirmed" in your ARMY membership then it means that your membership is active! You can double-check this by logging in with the same account on your weverse app and going to the Membership only content tab, there you'll see your Membership Card and Info! :] You should be able to buy the Membership exclusive tickets without any issue after that!

They say you can use 2 devices so I was going to use my PC and my iPad just in case. How does that work? Will I have to validate my ticket for each device?ie repeat same process? Also, when I click on the Weverse shop it always takes me to a page with a logo to scan with my phone and I can’t figure out how to bypass that and get into the shop…..am I missing something? Yeah, they make this so complicated, so many apps and websites to go through!! TT To use 2 devices, you simply have to login on the concert website with the same weverse account where you purchased the tickets and enter the show with both! Remember tho that if you login with a third device, the first one will be disconnected! :] The validation I noticed is a bit confusing, as it asks you to validate again if you haven't logged in on the concert website in a while, but just validate again and in seconds it will be ready to go on both devices! For what concerns the weverse shop, unfortunately they do not have a webpage, only an app, that's why when you try to use it on your browser/computer it will redirect you to the app store. Make sure you download it directly on your mobile device's app store (be it an ipad or a phone) if you want to buy stuff! For the concert, once you bought the tickets, you won't need to access to the shop again, just need the concert website and your weverse login details and you are good to go! :]

Hmmm I'm not sure I understand the question TT If you mean the membership holders content, you can find it on the weverse app, when you enter the BTS weverse you'll see 4 tabs: Feed-Artist-Media-[membership symbol] only. Click on the last one and you'll find all the membership content! :] I hope this is what you meant, sorry for the late reply TT

If you mean the two device thing, you'll have to login in the concert website with your weverse account on the second device too (and validate again if it asks you to)! :] But remember that only TWO devices are allowed, so if you login from a third device the first one will disconnect!

They are absolutely cheaper than the offline concerts! I would say around half the price if not more, depending on the concert location. It depends on how the live concerts are organized, but usually in korean concerts the front rows are randomly assigned, whereas in western locations you can choose where to sit! :]

Hi!! Thank you for this video, it was very useful! I have one question, maybe it's a silly one haha. If i validate my ticket, let's say 2 days before the concert, on the day of the concert i just have to access the link again and be logged in and that's it? We wait for it to start?

I'm glad it was helpful!! :] And you are correct, you'll just have to log in and just press on "Enter show"! Just a warning that it might ask you to validate the ticket again, but you just have to press the button again and it's done in seconds lol

Glad I could help bub! :] And for the two device thing, a lot of people ask about it cause if you have a trusted friend that is willing to share the ticket price and that lives far away, you could lend them your login info and you can both watch the concerts! The multi/single view thing has nothing to do with it, but I get why you would get confused hahahaha

Someone please help me. I have already bought the ticket but every time I try to validate it, the system says either my email or my password are incorrect. I have reset it multiple times but it is not working at all. What should I do

Hmmm, ok, try this: - Make sure of which account you used on the Weverse shop app you used to purchase your ticket. - Try logging into that account in Weverse shop from another device and go into your purchase history to make sure the ticket is there. - Now go back to the concert website and click on login (top right corner). - If the login is successful try to validate your ticket (make sure you are validating the right date). I hope you find out the issue like this! Might be that you logged in with the wrong account or that your purchase didn't go though, so check those carefully! Also, if you usually login in your weverse account with a social media, make sure to use the same social media to login into the weverse login for the concert! Sorry for the late reply, I just saw this now! TT Let me know how it goes!!
