this song won in Korea for song of the year. RM s acceptance speech was so the only time they have commented on its meaning. He said he wrote it in a park thinking about missing friends and trying to comfort many people. I am not sure if it is still on their charts but the Korean people kept it there for years no doubt because they needed to remember.

I noticed it when I first watch one of their MVs, it's an ending scene where his face portrayed pain, regret, sorrow, relief and grief in one shot. I no longer remember what song it was, I think it's from Euphoria the ending scene. I still remember that scene everyday. And it was before I found out he majored in acting. He is really great. I think it’s safe to say that Spring Day is South Korea’s nation song. It was released in 2017 and it hasn’t left the chart not once. It’s the longest charting song in South Korea. This song is very emotional for a lot of people. The meaning behind it is heartbreaking. Haha every time you mentioned Jin’s acting, I was like yass that’s our boy who went to a nationally top university to study acting, whilst being a part of BTS 🙌 He’s got tremendous skills, which is why he’s the center / anchor of the bangtan mv universe. You should watch the spring day explain video, it’s very important, as this song is essentially political but also for lost souls and survivors. The girl on the yellow shirt is really right on her feelings. When she said she's getting a little teary but didn't know why. You c, spring day is very sad and meaningful song that people can truly relate to but much more to koreans. Because it's said to be a real tribute song to the victims of the sewol ferry tragedy. Although Bighit and BTS refuse to say anything regarding that(Bec the tragedy happens under the previous president who is know for blacklisting artists that speaks up against him) Bighit and BTS did a very smart move conveying such beautiful message to the victims and their families and only said in the presscon that people can interpret the way they miss some one. Spring day didn't become 2017 Korea's song of the year for nothing and still charting very high in charts even after 2 years of it's release. The choreography for spring day is what makes it more prominent that this song is for sewol victims and you can really feel the sadness and pain the way the members interpret the dance. Everytime I listen to spring day it still makes me tear up.

The Sewol Ferry tragedy 4. RM & Suga missing their friends. 5. Also touched a bit on their another universe storyline - Bangtan Universe (That's a whole rabbit hole to go through)
