New CCTV footage of yoongi issue... He is innocent.. He did no wrong..

For crying out loud, the dude was 500 meters from his house and used the sidewalk. He was going slowly and actually passed the police (who ignored him) as they walked the same sidewalk. They only came to him because when he parked infront of his house he stumbled and fell. The CCTV video shows this clearly. S.Korea is notorious around the globe for its huge drinking culture. It's like the proverbial pot calling the kettled black. It's ridiculous. And everyone with sense knows if he weren't a member of BTS no one would have ever found out.

@@DearlyBeloved652That’s kind of the problem though. The Korean public don’t view him a being honest about it because the company explicitly called the vehicle he was riding an electric kick board instead of an electric scooter, which are legally classified differently. By calling it a kick board and then being caught on CCTV actually riding the vehicle (thereby making it a scooter), people are interpreting the situation as an effort to minimize the seriousness of his actions. @irisouyart3 ай бұрын
@@현쓰-b6n Well yes the chances of killing someone drunk-DRIVING are extremely high, but killing somebody drunk-RIDING a bicycle or an e-scooter are slim. Injuring someone is probable, killing them less likely. The damage made by a car will exponentially be higher than the damage a bicycle or an e-scooter can do. Basically the bigger and faster the vehicle the more dangerous it is to operate. That is why many people do not think that drunk riding an e-scooter or a bicycle is illegal, because the risk of damage is way lower than driving a car. And about the “stop protecting that liar”: there is no protection… he has been caught, punished by the law the same way as any citizen would and he has admitted to his mistake. There is not much more he can do and trying to push the narrative that he deserves a higher punishment is simply hateful speech. His career is in danger. Korea put so much pressure on idols to be perfect all the time. Korean netizens have a long history of bullying and harrass idols to the extent that they committed suicide. Will they be happy and satisfied if Suga did that too? Koreans are so unforgiving and judgemental, but no one is perfect. It’s a very toxic and superficial society with high suicide rate. The majority of Armys are millions of International Armys who are more open minded! For us this whole thing is crazy because it’s not that big of a deal. While ARMY is demanding the expulsion of Min Hee-jin, who did not commit any illegal acts, they are demanding that their idol, who actually committed a serious crime, be forgiven. ARMY's hypocritical side is really childish. According to ARMY's strict moral standards, Suga should go to jail. ARMYs, stop being hypocritical. The crime committed by Suga is not at the level of noise revealed in an individual's private life. If you ARMYs want to criticize Min Hee-jin's morality, put Suga in jail first.

@Zor99x-os9mj3 ай бұрын
The comments here are going crazy. After Suga and HYBE posted an apology, the CCTV footage was released on the news channel. So, everything in the apology was found to be false. DUI is a crime that can kill someone else even if there is no immediate accident. And most of all, Koreans are now angry because of their lies. You should watch Suga's CCTV footage, which was released on a news channel, which is running with other cars on a 10-lane road due to the level of driver's license cancellation. He was found on the road, not in a parking lot, and a passerby called the police because of the smell of alcohol. Don't make fun of Korea and its legal system. And he is serving in the military even though he commute comfortably unlike other members who are having a hard time in the military. So he should have been more careful about his actions. also they should have apologized truthfully without making excuses and without any lies. This is not how BTS is, which I have liked so far. I am very disappointed right now.
@MinaHarami3 ай бұрын
First of all, Suga didn't tell any lie, you probably didn't read his post! Second, Suga was riding a scooter, not a battle tank! He didn't kill anyone, he didn't hurt anyone or anything! So don't act like he killed a hundred people with a tank and didn't accept his responsibility! suga was fined and his license was taken away and he apologized! He didn't tell any lie in his post, he clearly said that he rode an electric scooter and went home. In the CCTV, he is riding a scooter that is not truck or some thing else
@MinaHarami3 ай бұрын
And I have a question, there is no sign of Suga's arrest in the CCTV, what proof do you use to say that he was arrested in the road, because even the police did not say such a thing, where exactly did you get this?
@Zor99x-os9mj3 ай бұрын
@user-ys6zp9dg6j You are making Koreans fools yourself. Are you saying that there's nothing wrong with riding a scooter because it's not a truck even if drunk enough to lie down on the road,? Can't you see the other cars running fast next to Suga? Even babies know that riding a bicycle while drunk is dangerous. And even though the police who took the breathalyzer said it was a scooter, they reduced it to a kickboard and issued a statement. And also Suga was found on the road, not in the parking lot. Take a look at HYBE's statement a few hours ago after CCTV was released. I think additional CCTV will be released soon because of fans like you who shield Suga with ignorance. And I can definitely see that your favorite BTS is clearly different from my favorite BTS.

You have admit South Korea does have a weird legal system. There are people walking around free who did much worse than what Suga did.
@jo_m97153 ай бұрын
@@crystalsnow1138 Is it a strange legal system to ask people not to drink and drive because it can harm people? In Korea, you can buy alcohol 24 hours a day at convenience stores and drink in front of them. However, it is based on the premise that you have enough self-control not to harm others even if you drink. However, I think it is a mature culture to be sanctioned accordingly if you drink enough to the extent that your driver's license is revoked because you can't control drinking and driving. In any country, there are far more people who live properly within the boundaries of the law than those who do not obey the law. People don't like people like snakes who run away from the law. From what you said, I think you acknowledged that Suga did something bad, do you want him to run away from the law like those snakes? That's more insulting to Suga.

@georgiana31122 ай бұрын
In his apology I didn't see him mentioning just one beer. That was what he first answered to the police officer most likely, and they must written in in their report, as it is everyone's default answer when asked- even where I live ,anyone that did something not right and are asked by an officer "did you drink?" the default answer is "one beer", cause that's a level where you don't get in trouble and maybe they walk off without testing you. What I mean is he didn't lie in the apology message, he just hoped for second he could get out of that situation without this scandal- I call it human surviving instinct.
