No, they definitely mean to bring toilet paper because they (the stadium) simply cannot provide enough TP for 100,000 people. Bathrooms run out really fast if they have tp in there in the first place. Also, for concerts with so many ppl, they often have extra toilets that are those outdoor plastic enclosure dry toilets (like in festivals).

Bathrooms run out really fast if they have tp in there in the first place. Also, for concerts with so many ppl, they often have extra toilets that are those outdoor plastic enclosure dry toilets (like in festivals) and they often don't have any tp provided. It was like that when I went to see them at the Stade de France in Paris and for other concerts as well.
