I have only been ARMY about a year and a half now. BTS has amazing lyrics and songs, I won’t downplay that. However, only twice have I been brought to tears because a member’s soul has touched mine (I’m insanely empathetic). ‘Shadows’ off the newer album and this song. I ugly cry every time I hear them. ‘Tomorrow’ literally saved my life. The rap line and Slow Rabbit wrote this song (from my understanding, mature ARMY’s will have to correct me if I’m wrong), but I know Yoongi was a predominant presence, and something about him when he puts pen to paper just heals me. I felt him give me a nudge when I heard this song. I actually have a bracelet that has ‘Even if it breaks down, don’t ever run backwards’ engraved in Korean on the front, then has ‘never’ on the back. It reminds me that no matter how hard it gets, NEVER go backward, ALWAYS go forward. This will forever be one of my favorite songs.

Blaze Show Tbh if it was anyone else, it probably would be annoying, but when you guys do it, it’s out of pure EXCITEMENT. I love the song. I I've seen a few live versions of this song. But what really gets me is the lyrics. Every time I hear them and really take in what the guys are saying in this song it brings tears to my eyes. I've watched other reactors react to this song as well and one of them says that she can barely make it through this song because when she was going through a very very hard time this song was her inspiration to keep going. And this is one of my most listened to songs when I feel like I'm stuck in the hamster wheel so to speak. This one is very special to me. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it as well.

This is my all-time favorite BTS song, because the lyrics hit so deep. I listen to this song on my hardest days to encourage me to keep pushing for a better tomorrow (no pun intended). Suga produced this song and wrote the lyrics with RM and J-Hope. Crazy to think how they were able create a masterpiece so early in their career. Side note: As a Jimin-bias, watching the choreography to this song is most definitely a treat to the eye 😉

Yoongi made this song when he is still in high school (when he still a trainee in BH). The lyrics is a reflection for what he been worried at that time "my life is in between jobless twenty something afraid of tomorrow". (he almost graduated from high school at that time but his future is still unsure coz he still being a trainee n dont know when will have debut). Then BH want to include this song on BTS album on 2014 (skool luv affair album) and he just change a bit the lyrics n melody like what we know today (the original melody is more darker). The lyrics to this song just hit different. This song actually holds a lot of meaning for me. My mom passed away last year, and honestly, every time that I hear this, it gives me that extra push that I need to keep going. I had put all of my personal goals on hold after she passed, feeling that all i had strived for wasn't as important as i once had thought. I was wrong, however, and i realized that later on. I finished school and even began a new career. I know this sounds cheesy but I feel like BTS's music really helped me in that respect. I feel like this song teaches us to not take things for granted and to push forward, even with the mundane things in life. We must keep going for our dreams, and keep reaching for the stars, moving past the obstacles that life throws our way. You never know what the future holds. At least that's how I interpret it. Thats the beauty of BTS. No matter what you are going through, or what situation you find yourself in, their words have a way of connecting with you. We did a poll on Twitter a couple of months back, and Tomorrow was ranked as one of BTS’ all time best songs. I COMPLETELY agree, it is also one my absolute favourites. The lyrics alone are something I can relate to so much, and the production? Where do I begin? Yoongi is just a genius, everything he touches turns to gold. Him and Slow Rabbit created a masterpiece. The last part of the puzzle is the performance/choreo, it is SO visually entertaining, and the boys nail it completely. When you have all these three amazing elements, you have an INCREDIBLE song.
