Yes they have a dorm where they stay during promotions, rehearsals etc. But of course they have their own apartments as well. The clip from circa 17:00 minute when you asked the question is from their show “In the Soop” where they stayed in one of the locations in Korea to record their a week vacation and release it as content for Army’s. In previous years they would travel abroad to locations such as Hawaii, Malta and New Zealand (Bon Voyage season 1-4). Regarding their relationship status nothing has been officially confirmed by them or their company whether they have partners or not , but it’s none of our business as fans. They keep is secretive because some toxic/stalking fans would go to too much of an extreme to harass their potential partners.

The apartments they buy are for business purposes, there's no way of knowing where they live today, they say they still live together so we should assume they still live together and that's that.

I agree with the comment above by Mari. In Korea, many people invest in real estate or the stock market because those are the only viable, efficient options for growing your wealth. It’s very smart. However when it comes to buildings, you are not allowed to outright say you bought the building just to sell it (when it’s value increases) because that is scandalous in SK (like what happened with IU). That’s probably why BTS don’t agree or deny that they live in those buildings. But considering BTS, it’s safe to assume that they all still live together in a dorm because they have a reputation for being very close (unlike most idols groups that move out of their dorms after the first 4-5 years cuz they can’t stand each other lol)

We don’t really know much about their personal romantic relationships so we can’t really confirm if they are currently dating someone or not, but I think ARMYS respect their privacy regarding to that and as fans we understand that it’s not our place to be involved in that part of their lives, I think it’s their choice if they want to make their relationships public or not. But I really hope I can see them getting married tho, it would be so dope 💜 I personally think some of them has dated before or can currently be dating someone now since their company has no restrictions regarding to dating, but I think BTS is really discreet when it comes to that and I think it’s mainly because too much media exposure can ruin things out or make their partners uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s solely because of their fans like a few comments mentioned here, cuz SUGA already responded to that himself saying that they are not really worried about how the fans would react to their relationships since they recognizes the fans as separate individuals, of course there’s some crazy fans out there, but there’s also the ones who will cheer and support their relationship. About them living together, yes they still do, but they also have apartments on their own, even though we don’t really know if they spend much time there or not, they still spend time with their families too every once in a while.

Yes the BTS members do live in a big villa in the most expensive part of Korea ... and although they permanently live together each members also have bought their own apartments for their own use , family and as an investment.... and it's confirmed by the BTS members that they still live in that villa despite having their own apartments.... As for relationships ... it's not revealed as it's their private life and revealing anything may affect them and their partner cuz there are a lot if weird people out there

The boys all live together in a giant mansion in a very high-end gated community in Seoul. It has a private park, gym, convenience shop, hair salon, library, etc. Many celebrities live there because it's so secure and private. The house is huge, so each of them have their own room, except for Jimin and Jhope, who are still roommates. They also own luxury apartments, which they may or may not live in. All of them (I think) have bought nice homes for their parents, too.

They never really had a date ban in their contract, I’ve been an ARMY since their debut days and I clearly remember bighit getting attention for not having a date ban in their contract and how shocking it was at that time since all companies had a date ban back in the days. Bighit was based in trust between the company and trainees, their method wasn’t coerce people into following the rules but instead explaining and try to convince these young people that it might not be a good time for dating since they have to focus on their careers and just trust they will make the right choices for themselves.
