Randy Orton joined Ariel Helwani to discuss a career that has spanned nearly 20 years. The Legend Killer is extremely candid as he discusses the change in locker room culture, growing up in the business and his relationship with Riddle. He now heads home to St. Louis where he will attempt to become the second wrestler to win three #RoyalRumble matches.

He might be a veteran of the game but it’s really embarrassing to see what they are doing with him now. He should be doing something much better than a stupid comedy act. WWE is basically a nickelodeon show now so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. 🤷‍♂️

The beauty of the interview was Ariel letting Randy speak without interuption. Randy has a lot to say, no-one ever hears him like this. Well done Ariel, thanks Randy.

As a MMA fan, I can’t help but to respect someone like Randy. Such an iconic part of my childhood including with many other pro wrestlers from that era; I’m sure many others would feel the same. Refreshing to see and hear from the Legend Killer after all these years. I can appreciate these type of interviews. Kudos to Ariel !

When I first started watching WWE was just before this guy became the youngest world champion at Summerslam 2004 and now he's about the age Shawn Michaels was at that time. That's how long he's been around, wow. Respect.

@@jordan8985 It's not won in legitimate competition, but only those who can draw money and viewers and have the tools to be a top guy in the business are given the World Title. Most pro wrestlers won't ever sniff that title, so it is still an accomplishment.

Randy is an absolute class act! The fact that he knows where he came from and is there for the guys who dont have family running through the business just shows just how much of a man Randy really is. By far one of the best wrestling interviews EVER!

Wow I would never of guessed Randy would be so down to earth. So vulnerable and apologetic for things that weren't a big deal like when he would ramble, which I honestly loved. But seriously blown away amazing interview from both parties.

For over 20 years in wwe now. Some would say his best year was 2020. Which is a top 3 year along with 2007 and 2009.

The art of interviewing people is becoming a lost art . The one thing Ariel knows how to do well when doing an interview is shut up and let the interview breathe . He doesn't constantly interrupt his guest with dumb questions, he asks the right questions and just let's the interview roll. Great interview on both ends !!!!

This was an excellent interview Ariel. Randy is definitely one of those rare once in a lifetime pro wrestlers that has a body of work that any aspiring talent can learn from. I've seen quite a few of Randy's interviews on KZbin and it's always cool to see him unwind. I love hearing about his development not just as a performer but as a man. Good stuff!

The honesty and zero ego Randy showed when he said he didnt have to work as hard as some others thanks to his father. Thats a crazy amount of humility. Who knows if its tru, maybe he was held to the same or higher standard since his father was a star but none the less. Awesome guy.
