He is talking about Mikey Moore, a 17 year old Tottenham player that he believes will be “born” as a star in the team in the future. He is very young so he does not play much yet.

It is a metaphor. The club are 'pregnant' with Moore, because: Babies 'develop' inside pregnant women. Simular to how: Moore is 'developing' inside the club. Hope this helps :)
