if youre talking about a time machine tournament then yeah if youre talking about relative to their peers then nah sam was in grands a lot more often. You go back and watch samsora sets the guy landed a dtilt at 0 every stock. I watch on half speed and I still don't understand what kind of sorcery he was able to pull to condition ppl to stop jumping, stop shielding, stop attacking at range every time he was ready to dtilt, but it was so consistent. People were talking about that move like it was one of the best moves in the game. Turns out theres a ton of counterplay its hard to get dtilt in neutral ppl werent giving sam enough credit.

@@letsmakeit110 Dtilt is really difficult to land in neutral consistently especially when people are looking out for it. I love watching Sam's sets. I still watch them now. Haha!
