To manage your emotions. You have to first get a routine. Pray 5 daily prayers. Then you have to keep Allah in the center of your life. No one is your source of happiness. You don't expect anything from anyone beside Allah. Then you have to write down things which often come in your mind negative things. If that is a relationship marriage problem then read the book attached. Attachment theories will make things easy for you. If it's family related then seek a therapist or councellor. But first read what the Deen says about it. Also try to observe that do you get more anxious before menstruation 🩸. You can adress that as well. Managing emotions is all about accepting where we lack and improving our behaviour.
