I just love this tune and this superlative performance-Takanaka on form and having fun with (as usual) a sensational band. Why is this guy practically unheard of in the West -only the Takanaka L.P. (1977) released in the U.K.? And they used to call the late Danny Gatton "The world's greatest unknown guitarist" !.Thanks to KZbin the rest of the world can see what they've been missing for the last 40 years!!

I think it's because western, or at least American, pop audiences just don't appreciate instrumental music to the same extent as japan. The only audiences in America that Takanaka and other similar artists would have great appeal to is the jazz and progressive rock audiences

I like the wackiness of the piano-guitar duo. The man's album covers fit this performance well.
