Ang water proofing po pala hindi hinahalo sa semento? May nagsabi po kasi na dapat daw isang buhos lang ang roofdeck pag ginawa para walang joints. Mag papagawa sana kami ng bahay na may rooftop pero naiilang ako kasi akala ko hinahalo sa semento ang waterproofing at mga 15 years lang may chances na siya masira na, eh hindi naman ok bakbakin ulit ang rooftop para lang maretain ang waterproofing, pinapahid lang pala. So pag nasira po ang polyurythane waterproofing pwedeng tatangalin at papahiran nalang? ilan taon po tinatagal niya? Yun engineer po ang nag dedesing ng waterproofing or foreman/mason?

Ginagawa po nitong tight ang pores ng concrete pero not totally waterproof, kaya kailangan pa rin mag apply ng surface waterproofing after ma-fully cured ang concrete nyo. Yung surface waterproofing po ang pwedeng removed and replace once after ilang years ay magkaroon na ng leak.
