sir Derrick nagpa waterproofing po ako sa buong bahay ko tapos 4 months lang nagka tanggalan.Ang ginagamit po nila ay yung mondo Plexitite.Ngayon pinatanggal ko na po lahat na old waterproofing para mapalitan

Can i use hardcrete 510, cure for 28 days, then use a floor polishing machine? How many bags will i also need to cover a 120sqm space at 10mm thickness? Thank you

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can use Hardcrete 510 pero kailangan po makapal ang application, hindi kakayanin kung 10mm thickness lang. Hardcrete 510 can approximately cover 1.25sqm at 10mm thickness per 25kg bag.

engineer binaklas ko po ang tiles ng slab concrete namin para palagyan ng water proofing, pwede ko po ba gamitin yang recommended nyong materials para gamiting pang repair dun sa bukul bukol o ordinary cement, alin po ang mas maige salamat po. Ok din po ba na i pa water proof ko after na marepair gamit ang recommended nyo pong polyurethane for waterproofing. Thanks po sa sagot.

Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. You have to check first if the grout and tiles are still intact, not debonded and has a good level. If this conditions are met, you can apply Epocoat FCH over it but the primer you need is Blockout TW instead of Epocoat MB. Halo sir, advisable ho ba na to resume work kahit meron repaired concrete scalling kahit hindi pa nameet ung 15days 2500-3000psi na strength? if possible , what ho yung full cured days. thank you

Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. SOLIDCURE is a non-shrink, cement-based, high strength developing grout which is specially formulated for use in critical grouting operations and concrete spalling repair where positive expansion and self-levelling characteristics are required. It has 3500 psi @ 1 day, 7500 psi @ 7 days and 9200 psi @ 28 days. CONFIX GROUT 40 is a high strength grout, based on modified epoxy resin and is used as heavy grout where heavy dynamic, mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the hardened grout are required. It has 3000 psi @ 1 day and 12,580 psi @ 7 days.

It will depends on the compressive strength of your existing column or beam. If the compressive strength of your beam/column to be repaired is more than 8,000psi, we recommend using Confix Grout 40. If it is less than 8,000psi, then you can use Solidcure.
