Ole arron is getting pretty good at his operating nowadays. You become a better operator by seat time. Anybody can get in one and move dirt around. But seat time gains good experience and make s you a much better operator.

Well the building pad turned out really great and the whole job site looks amazing as compared to what it looked like when you all started the job .
