great to see it's not a LS V8

I agree, but damn it must have cost a bit more to build. Those heads alone. The price of the block. You could buy 2 LSX blocks for the cost of that Little Paw. LS3 heads cost $400 each from summit racing, and they flow 300 - 320cfm out the box I'm pretty sure

Blue Blood I thought the holden 370s were just a 6.2L ls based engine? if not that would be silly to not use the solid base and build from there.
@aussi3212
@aussi3212 7 жыл бұрын
yes holden hsv 6.2l LS3 are used in new hsv and SS models, but this is a Australian only holden 253ci-304ci-308ci-355ci based engine v8 with a aftermarket Holden block by a company called torque power, the only thing this engine shares with a late model 6.2l ls3 is cubic inchs, every single other part is totally different.

ShadowOfDeath24 Holden never made any bigger then a 308 with a stroker that made it a 5.7L so that's what I mean it's good to see
@aussi3212
@aussi3212 7 жыл бұрын
blue blood, u are wrong Holden made a 349ci engine that came out in VS hsv gts-r, vs senators 220kw, vs grange 220kw, vt senators also came with a Holden 349, and when building a 355 stroker for a holden, VS onwards blocks are already clearance for a stroker crank. you can tell they are from the outside, as Holdens have always had the engine size cast onto the side of the block, blocks say 253 or 308, then later blocks say 5.0l on the side but when they bought out the factory strokers they are blank on the side were they once told of the size.

Power in my mind comes with sound and this thing most certainly sounds pretty rowdy but I was hoping for more turboes because I am a whistle kind of guy I guess for as much horsepower this thing is making I was almost hoping for like a jet engine sound but eh it’s aight I can adjust I just really like the turbo whine if that’s how it is called

What was going on with all the sparks coming out the exhaust??? Is it eating up spark plugs, or pistons. That's the kind of thing you usually see in nitrous motors when they're eating themselves up...

It's willwood brakes and a mix of vs control arms and menser strut combo that still needs sorting out, the inside of the front disc where rubbing on the lower ball joint when the front end is raised. it was only just touching.

Az Martin Do you know Bubba personally do you? That's interesting if that's the case... I don't think that's as dangerous as some others may think- as long as it's monitored. But I do agree with our Canadian friend here- it DOES look like it's coming from the rear end. I just assumed that's where the exhaust exited and was coming from the motor

how do you drive a 6 point caged car on the street? I know you can engineer most of the other mods but no way can you engineer the 6 point cage. not sarcasm genuinely asking if you can engineer a 6 point on street over east?

Takes 2 turbos compared to ford which only takes one to run 7's
@danielbrealey2924
@danielbrealey2924 7 жыл бұрын
You DO realise the number of turbos your running has no difference to anything, yeah?!? LOL! If anything, people have argued for years that a single will always make more power if used on the same motor. Two turbos aren't necessarily better than one dude. These Ford guys, geez. Always looking for excuses. Just read the plates at the end, dude...

Callum Jackson Its just as easy to run two turbos due to two hot sides/exhaust manifolds. It's jury a cool thing to see. Has nothing to do with the boost they're running. Boost is boost, no matter where it comes from.
