Bubble Bobble 1 Life Challenge, Shan & Raza Cup.

My swift attempt at this months Shan & Raza Cup challenge in which I explore the retro Arcade classic that is Bubble Bobble for the first time! Audio is still quite poor unfortunately but at least the strange buzzing noise seems to have disappeared.🕹🎵🍀

Ah thanks Jon buddy, same here it was my first time playing but the levels are so fast an short you'll find yourself picking up the basic gameplay quite quickly. Glad I finally played this one, if I have time before the deadline I might go at it again but it's likely this will be my furthest distance just hope it's decent as I've nobody to gauge off as of yet.😂🕹🍀

Holy crow, your first time playing! As you’ve learned, this is a seriously hardcore game, which was Taito’s thing back then: highly technical, very well-made tests of skill. I never played it in arcades, either. I did play the NES version as a kid, but only tried the arcade version when it was ported to PS1 and I remember thinking how impossible it would be to finish both worlds on one quarter, let alone the first 99 levels!

Aye first time exploring this classic I'm very happy I finally played, it's great that the levels are so short but all have their unique theme/personality. When I was dying between level 10-15 on my early attempts an it shows you there's 100 levels it can be a bit humbling alright haha! Thanks for watching lads kind of you.🕹🌅🎮🍀

Taito's legendary classic Arcade game, BUBBLE BOBBLE retros back 😺👍🕹️🕹️. I still have it for my Commodore 64 in a legendary compilation called TAITO COIN-OP HITS (boxed, tape) and PlayStation 2 in a compilation called TAITO LEGENDS 😺👍🕹️🕹️. A big retrospective like 👍🕹️🕹️ from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.

@@raza_is_retro Aye never played until yesterday buddy, simple fun title packed with tricks an secrets, thanks man I reckon mastering the level skips will be key to this one, I'm happy with that run but if I've time I might try get a bit further.🤞 Only 6 trophies to this one but happy with the 100% none the less.🤓 Fun title an great for a quick efforts.🕹⚡️🍀

Fully watched ~ 🌸 ohh i adore Bubbles game it's so cute and fun i used to play it on my old PC .. the heart level is adorable but I agree getting inside seems hard thing to do >< the 8:21 trick was smarter than the developers hehe 😹 sweep them like flood .. the demise moment was tragic 😹 reaching level 21 was neat you did well really 👏🏻🎉🌸🤗 Also great commentary really makes it even better to watch !👍🏻
