I don’t think you guys understand that they most certainly KNOW the video is fake, but the point of mythbusters is about sating our curiosity for whether or not something is POSSIBLE.

yeah, that is the premise of the show, The guys making it a smart enough to basically do some math on a bit of paper and say "no this is not possible" but that wouldn't make for a good show.

Necropost I know, but it wouldn't have mattered. It isn't the hit that does the damage, it's the sudden deacceleration that does. Imagine you put a ball in a bath of water, then pushed your hand through the water and suddenly stopped. The ball doesn't stop when your hand does, it keeps moving and likely hits the side of the tub. That ball is basically your brain and the bathtub is your skull, and the force of your hand movement is multiplied by a LOT.

+Mr.Chin There's actually a very real correlation sith men and dangerous activities. Possibly because of how society values them but also possibly because of higher testosterone levels. Some women may be more prone to dangerous activities than some men, but overall there is a huge statistical correlation with men and taking greater physical risks.
@connorwalls.8 жыл бұрын
+Zachary Taylor um no wtf
@RoflZack8 жыл бұрын
+Mr.Chin Um yes. There are real biological differences between the male and female bodies. Because the manority of people are cis gendered, this adds up to measurable differences between the average behaviors of men and women. Some women will be more physocally reckless than some men, but overall the trend shows that men are more likely to take physical risks. This might also be a result of societal presures for men to be manly.
