Super interesting as always. We are adding bubble teas to our business this week (beekeeping + winery/meadery). You're videos have been very helpful so I wanted to say thank you. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the comment! Glad you found it insightful. 😇 I'm a huge mead fan... I hope you're able to create some sort of amazing mead-centric bubble tea drink recipes for people like me. 😅 (I'm down to taste test them all BTW) Good luck with everything!

I’ve watched several of your videos in 2022 I was very interested but I didn’t take it into consideration because I didn’t know how to get Boba and flavored powders and now it’s on line Amazon I started this year May 2024 and I get lot of younger crowd and incorporating it into the snow cones. I am Native American Navajo from NM, USA so I had limited sources but the internet helps. I do a canopy set up at flea markets. Thx.

Hello Kris..congrats for your great Chanel AND for the great work. I am from Mexico. I have a Bubble Tea shop as well. I have a question,for large batchs of Tea ( like 10 liters), do you recomend the use of percolators? Or the regular way of heating the Water and steeping the Tea leaves!! Thanks

Hello 🤗 Thank you for your kind comment. 😇 I get asked this question a lot as there are these new machines on the market that guarantee an excellent brew from percolating tea leaves. Really it comes down to personal preference in my opinion. And also the recipe that you will be using. For the recipes that I used in my shops, I found I liked having control over a full steep for a full amount of time at a certain temperature. I don't think I would have enjoyed using the percolating machines because the tea leaves don't reach full saturation and therefore you need to use more of them to get a stronger flavor and to me that way you are losing money... I prefer the old fashioned traditional method of doing a full steep at a certain temperature with a certain quantity for a certain amount of time. 😅 Hopefully this makes sense and helps you to make a decision. You could always go the old fashioned route which is free, and then if you find in the future you have extra money and you want to do side by side comparisons to figure out if you are offering the ideal product for your customers, in the future you can buy a percolating machine give it a go and see how it works out for you. All the best!!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Great Video , thank you Kristin for your videos !! Do you recomend milk powder instead of non dairy creamer for milk tea ? ❤❤
@BubbleTeaKristin9 ай бұрын
Hello. Thanks 🙏🏼 Glad you like them! I think if you have the option, bubble tea creamer powder is the more successful choice. It will give a better "mouth feel", has a longer shelf life, and gives more depth of flavor. Hope this helps 🙂
