Nothing actually. It’s a sample from Anita Bakers Caught Up in the Rapture of Love. At the beginning it sounds like she’s saying “Way up above the clouds”, but she’s really just making sounds to match the chords of the instruments in the track. Listen to that Anita track, the sample starts about 1 second in.
