Great videos thanks! I have the same issue with my washer same type as the one on the video. Mine leaks soap from the air vent, but I noticed that the washer is pouring water on the soap dispenser at the pre wash cycle and that causes the soap to leak from the air vent. I replaced the water valves and that didn’t help. It also doesn’t have any error codes. I will really appreciate if you can give me some advice on what to check ?

Thank you for your kind words and for reaching out! It sounds like you've already taken some proactive steps. Here are a few more suggestions that might help resolve the issue: 1. **Check the Detergent Usage:** Make sure you're using the right type and amount of detergent. High-efficiency (HE) detergents are recommended, and using too much soap can cause oversudsing and leakage. 2. **Inspect the Dispenser Drawer:** Sometimes residue buildup can cause issues with detergent flow. Ensure the dispenser drawer is clean and free of any clogs. 3. **Examine the Soap Dispenser’s Drainage:** Check if the drainage pathway from the soap dispenser to the drum is clear. A blockage here might lead to overflow. 4. **Tub-to-Pump Hose:** Inspect the hose for any kinks or obstructions that may hinder water flow, causing it to back up. 5. **Air Vent Obstruction:** Ensure the air vent itself is not blocked. A blocked vent could cause pressure issues leading to leakage. 6. **Contact Customer Support:** If these steps don't help, reaching out to Samsung customer support may be the best next step as they could provide more specific guidance or recommend a service technician. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.
