Life Update: Engaged ✨

I'm going to leave all the details of how it happened and plans for the future but I just want to say a big THANK YOU for always celebrating my happiness. You have always made it a safe space for me to share and I know I am so lucky to find such a great community this corner of KZbin.

I felt like everything I had planned my whole life and worked so hard for, school, scholarships, career and relationship have all crumbled. Due to my health I can no longer do most of the things I really love, like painting, dancing. Some days are just extra tough. Turns out I did not know my ex even after 20years together. Feeling dumb I tried so hard. We got a dog together 1,5years ago. It was his decision to get a active dog sincehe wanted a jogging partner. He knew for sure I could not do it both financially and energywise. After the divorce we said we would share the dog. Since fall he moved out he has suddenly changed his mind. Now he wants nothing to do with the dog. I have fallen in love with my furbaby. He is everything to me. But since I am chronically ill and only want parttime, having a dog is really tough. I am not giving up on my furbaby. I have given up everything which is not a must so that I can keep my dog. My ex is threatening to sell the dog since we both are still his legal owners. I think it is so sad. That he suddenly no longer feels anything towards our furbaby. I am petrified that I cannot be enough and that I am forced to sell my furbaby. Trying to take one day at a time and just survive. Seeing your video made me so happy I actually crieed happy tears.

Isaac has always been a sensible kid. He for sure witnessed and recognized Bubz' pain throughout the years and I'm sure he urged the proposal in order to make his mummy happy ♥

You guys have done amazing and I'm sure their lovely little personalities and characteristics are a reflection of great parenting! They will grow up to be amazing people :). I absolutely adore fellow empathetic and emotionally intelligent people - although we tend to hurt easily and need to go through a lot of pain to be mentally strong.

I haven’t watched Lindy since I was in my teens but have always kept her on my subscriptions. I remember when she separated with Tim and her positivity to keep doing her best. You caught me at a time when I needed something comforting to watch at a time when I faced my first struggle in life and watching you videos made the days feel less lonely. How’s April Ricky, Leon, Kai and Claire doing also your parents, your mum in your earlier videos is hilarious especially when you and Ricky and talking via AI computer and she keeps calling Ricky fat Ricky and would love to see how granny bubz is. Aww thank you for asking about my family. April is doing great and enjoying city work life in HK. Ricky is doing super well with his videography business and is loved up with his girlfriend. Leon is happily married and has a beautiful one year old daughter who he absolutely dotes on. Kai is doing really well on social media and has quite a following from his fashion content. Claire is doing well too, just very busy juggling family life and work. My parents and granny are all well; very healthy thankfully. Isaac has been in better spirits lately so hopefully no tests for a while.

Words cannot express how happy I am for you guys and the kids. So nice to know that RG is such a considerate and lovely man for you and the kids, him asking the kids first, and also proposing to Ayla too, melted my heart. I've been a bubzcriber for 10 years already. I have learned a huge lesson in the past 10 years from both my experiences and also other people's. If you don't belong to somewhere/someone, the universe will send you signs. If you don't pay attention to them, in the end life will eventually rip you away from them in a destructive way for your own good.
