Exactly! I believe they were selling this place for $700k USD. Absolutely ridiculous prices. The problem is too many foreigners are paying the high prices and are ruining the market for everyone else who knows the prices are too high. Which is why it's cheaper to buy your land and build it yourself. I'll probably be doing that in Progreo, Yucatan as the prices are still reasonable their.
