Buchla 259 - First Jam

I just finished building a Buchla 259 vintage clone and this is my first jam with it. It's the only sound source going through a 207 (also a clone) with added effects from Strymon Volante and Nightsky.

Goodness, those knobs make the 259 look gorgeous (must admit, blue rogans are my least favourite knob). Brilliant sound also! Any further plans of future builds?

I don't like the rogans either. My goal with the modules I build is to match my Easel Command where it's possible. I use selco/sifam knobs and on this module I used the same colors on the caps and switches as on the Easel - red and green. I will build more modules but I have no idea which. Maybe another oscillator or perhaps more sound shaping tools such as the 296 although I find it a bit to overkill with 16 bands - 8 would have been enough for me.

Hehe yeah, but I was so happy that the project was finally finished and that it works so I just had to make a video😊
