Yeah. That was a bit much. I've had an experience like that at McDonalds (this was when the sweet bbq bacon chicken sandwich was new and popular) The particular location I went to that day (far from my home at the time) just gave me a plain chicken sandwich with spicy bbq. My mom and I calmly asked for bacon, so they gave me bacon. It still wasn't the same, so I wished them a great day and left without complaining (I ordered fries and shake as well so there's a silver lining there). So crazy how some people think that making a scene will solve the restaurant's inconveniences.
