5:25 Wow, what modern technology! This corn harvesting agricultural machine not only saves time and effort, but also helps farmers increase productivity for the following purposes. Unexpectedly, the development of agricultural machinery could create such a big breakthrough. For those of you who have used it, I would like to ask for some experience. Is it the same as the video?

As someone watching from the US • Watching your videos Mike makes it easy to understand our ‘Go big or go home’ mantra • It’s good to see all the 🚜 operators working together to get the job done efficiently - loads of resources and excellent management & preventative maintenance in place here • Watching harvest videos from countries like India show just how well things are still being done here in the US by comparison • A great example for businesses and government leaders to see how things can be done well • Thanks so very much for posting and sharing! All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸

Cool video Mike. I think you worked at the same place my grandfather, and later, my father, bought their New Idea Uni Harvesters. My grandfather's gas model burnt up in the late 80's my dad bought a diesel model to replace it in the late 80s, early 90's. I remember having the picker, chopper, combine as well as the grass, corn and grain head. We mostly chopped grass and corn and picked corn. I only remember using the combine for soybeans and oats a couple times. We also had Decker forage wagons that were quite old when I started running wagons. I remember them being very smooth and quiet.

Yow Mike, thanks for another impressive video from ya. I must admit I have buzzed a neat formation of combines cutting wheat once in my aircraft, both ways, towards them and from behind them. Kinda risky with all them pesky little droners nowadays. A big no no landing in corn stubble as it would be hard on the tires and also make for a long take-off run. Anyway, those JD combines should have at least 16 row 'well-hung' heads-😊on their snouts making for less compacted tracks across the field.
@farmhandmike2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, They plant with a 24 row planter so 12 row headers match up better. Plus the 12 row folding head folds into a width close to the width of the combine which makes transport easier down the road. A 16 row folding head is borderline for getting down the road.

By any scale this is incredibly efficient. Imagine cultivating and cropping this area back when with either horses or the old popping John size tractors. it's not that many years since 1,2 and the BIG 4 row pickers were being used and the international box trucks!! . I find that odd the duster came through and that he was dumping a product onto crops that were being harvested !?.

It was a crop duster. That was just smoke and as I said in the video we don't know who it was.

Fantastic capture of this triple X9 harvest operation! Crazy about catching the plane buzz pass! How does the 'nearby flight operations' warning work - is it based on flight plans or is there some automatic detection? If the pilot switched to stealth mode, that makes someone wonder about it.

A9's get 400 bushel in the tank in a hurry! Almost to the point of having a semi just stay with the combine - leave the boom out and on. Like they do with a big silage chopper.

I live down the street from this farm. They have a nice set up. Question….are the X9’s really that more productive compared to a s790 or comparable s series? Just curious in the real world if the productivity justifies the cost?

Ive always wondered that two but if this combine here holds 420 bushel and lets just say he has 400 on when the grain cart pulls up I'd guess in good corn it'd be another 200 bushel.
