Zach smith said j j ran that route too close to the boundary which is why the defender was in position to make that interception , The ball was where it should have been if he had ran the route right. Probably a freshman mistake...he'll learn

Love your show. Complete respect for everything Ohio State, program and players. As a Michigan state alumni though... It's not like the super bowl for MSU. They've never really seen Ohio State as anymore than that team that is always loaded and good. EXCEPT D'Antonio because of his ties from time with Tress . They/we as fans are well aware of being a three-star team always punching up. It's hard enough when you don't have p.o.s. hires like Nasser and Tugger

I didn't think that interception was underthrown either. It was just a great play by the defender, and I was also thinking that maybe JJ didn't do enough to either get it or break it up. EDIT: OK I went back and looked at it again and it was a touch underthrown. JJ had to reach down for it instead of being it his chest or higher.

Guys the D played a lot of minutes in 95 - 100 degrees weather because the offence was scoring within 2 - 4 plays each drive.

I have a ? ab USC & ScUm. I still think they have a really good D but they can't pass. When USC took the lead & ScUm had to score a TD, is it that hard when u know they're running the ball to stop it? Was USC's OL that bad cause their QB was constantly under duress. Go Bucks

Our Buffalo wild wings in eastern Pa is horrible. When I went to Ohio near Lima it was really good. Wish ours was the same but their fries are a joke as are their burgers

I would feel okay with our quarterback situation, If howard did get hurt. Certainly, it is a lot better than CJ's first year. You have to have at least 2.If you're going to run the quarterback , you better be recruiting the depth, which was the failure

Styles is over his head. He is catching runners… doesn’t fill open windows, doesn’t understand angles. Reese is better and should start. JTT is a 5 star flop. He should be a rotational guy. Curry is better. We still do not get a pass rush from our front 4. I have to admit… I am a bit scared about Michigans Oline playing better as a unit and their ability to run the ball well. With our current L-backer play they are not very good. All I have heard all off season was how great this defense was going to be… I have been disappointed. Their stats that give us a great look are because the schedule is puke bad

Ohio State don't have the linebackers and dominant defensive tackles to stop the run. Ohio State linebackers are the one position where they haven't played at a championship level over the years. TTUN will run the ball 70 to 90 percent of the time between the tackles. Ohio State has to prove they can stop the run. Chiles might give OSU problems with his mobility in the pocket.

I don't think this game is a good litmus test for either our linebackers or defensive tackles. This was more due to low discipline coming off the off week and losing tyliek for the week hurt our image too. Plus this was not a pass rushy sort of week, it looked like they were trying more cage which they did all of last year. If you look at weeks 1 and 2, the run defense was tight, you don't keep the opposing team out of the end zone without firmly stopping the run. That doesn't give them a free pass imo, if Jim Knowles won't award a defensive player of the week then why should any of us? But when these boys are hungry and getting yelled at all week, watch out
