Hi Al. I put some weight in smokebox in my Tornado as they are bouncy on the front, also put a stronger spring on front pony truck, cured all running problems.

What Some Gr8 Swag! - I find that my Selection of Old Basic Lima and Railroad items, give me more than enough Joy and Satisfaction over a £300 Locomotive that I would Struggle to fix when it Failed. Great Running Sesh 👍🏻

On my three car transporter wagons, I use my selection of Matchbox cars to give them a load. Early Matchbox models are nearly the same weight and size as the plastic cars that come with them.

At least you haven't suffered from a GWR Gunpowder Van exploding in your face. Cheer up, accidents happen. OK, there's a new pre-owned Rapido model engine in my collection, which I bought from Rails of Sheffield. She's been run in forwards and backwards, and is very smooth and quiet. She also has a bright firebox glow. I'll give you four guesses as to what kind of steamy she is. Here's a hint: she has 6 driving wheels and is mainly used for goods traffic.

@@AlanReynoldsBucklandJunction Yes, she's a Hunslet 16in 0-6-0 Saddle Tank Engine in plain green livery. Her original name is Thorne No. 1, but the engine and I don't like that name. I visited Silver Tay Models, ebay, and bought a pair of new nameplates, so she's now named Becky. Tune in this Sunday, to watch her first night-time and daytime test runs, on my channel. There's also a Llangollen Railway premiere video in the wings, so instead of uploading your stream, feel free to join in the chat.
