Considering I fell for the Bangles' 1989 original (and all four of them), hearing Cheryl handling "Eternal Flame" on her own is a treat. Bobby Gee thought it was 'his group', but Mike actually gets lead on a song. And though Cheryl is a fine singer, she needed harmony to really make it work, either from Shelley or Jay. But in '91, that wasn't happening. To borrow from one of their songs, this is where the ending starts.

this is from 1991 wow 30 years ago that Bobby G talking was he the one that replaced the original Bobby Mac V

Bobby G was the orginal. Bobby McVay was in Sweet Dreams and who was the 4th member later

Cheryl does a gorgeous version of Eternal Flame, but can't seem to make her mind up (*rimshot*) how to pronounce 'darling' - durlin'?! Mike & Bobby's "hilarious" banter seems a bit staged and cringey. Was it just an act, or were they genuinely not getting on by this point?j

it was the start of the ending , the boys resented each other, and Bucks Fizz started separating , Cheryl in 94 to have twins, Mike in 96 , and in 2010 Mike Cheryl and Jay refomed and now tour as The Oringinal OBF
