Very nice. We went to the bridge last year but the distance you just covered would be too much! Thanks for filming it.

That's good to know because I often feel we don't walk as far as other walkers. But always like the routes we do anyway. Thanks for that Mussie.

@@CountrysideWalking Don't worry, we're not what I would call 'real' walkers - too many painful bits to go long distances! A couple of miles is doable though. 😀😀

Beautiful landscape. Your videos always make me homesick for the North of England. I did a lot of exploring and walking when I lived in West Yorkshire. I especially loved the little pack horse bridge at the end. Your music was lovely as well.

Hi Andee. It was nice to read your comments about exploring and walking in West Yorkshire. One thing is for sure there is never any shortage of routes to walk in here. Glad you enjoyed the music too.

I particularly enjoyed the references to the Mesolithic sites of March Hill, Pule Hill and West Nab. They were all hills I used to go looking for flints on in the 1990s. Nice to see the springtime conditions too. I don't like winter and always look forward to spring. Best wishes, Chris

Hi Chris. Yes. I am always learning from Michael's pre-history or archeology knowledge, both his particular forte. Hope you and family keeping well. Best wishes, Shanita.

I've been to Marsden, Tunnel End and Eastergate/Close Gate Bridge, so I particularly enjoyed watching this. Not visited March Haigh Reservoir or Buckstone Edge though, so that's one for the future. How wonderful to hear that woodpecker! It was certainly loud, wasn't it. Enjoyed "A Lonely Trail", nice bit of piano again with the electronic accompanyment. There's always something very magical about the sound of your music. Another good piece of work Shanita. Have a great weekend 👍

Hi Patrick. Nice to receive your comments. If you get the chance this area is quite photogenic to explore for a walking and filming. The woodpecker was unexpected but an added diversion to our walk. I never now how my music will turn out but this one developed quicker than usual. Have a good weekend yourself. Look forward to seeing more of your films too.👍

Nice video, love the synthesiser sounds in your arrangement Shanita. It's been on our bucket list to have a boat trip through the Standedge tunnel, I've just checked the website and they are running again, great. Always enjoy the snippets of information from Michael as you travel. Woodpeckers must get dreadful headaches.

Thanks Steve for watching. I must admit I have never been through the Standedge Tunnel yet. I do like trying different approaches to my music and find alternative moods. 'A Lonely Trail' is quite a haunting flute melody to reflect the wild moorlands. Pleased you liked our walking experiences.

Hi Ken. The surrounding areas of Buckstones or Wessenden Valley, is great for photography with expansive landscapes. So it's certainly worth investigating. Thanks Ken for watching.

Filming and Music Production always spot on and as always it's great to see the camera technician Shanita making an appearance too. 😊 I noticed from your first videos on your channel that the quality and stability suddenly shot up at some point. It looks like you're using a Gimbal. Is it ok to ask what camera your are using. The quality is great. 😊😎

Thanks Nick for your interest. I have a number of cameras I use on our walks, all with a plus or minus. Yes. I did use a gimbal which was GoPro Hero 9 (HD) with stabiliser. Helpful if on the move as we are, with no time for setting up tripods which would be preferable to me. It also has good distant audio pick up too. However, my Panasonic camcorder camera has better zoom on it and longer battery support. Whereas my digital cannon (G9X) is easy to carry for instant filming. I have come a long way since first film uploads plus music productions, and still learning.

Hi. Not sure what meant about the gate What context or part of the walk did the mention of gate come up in? Thanks
