I would have to see a dino test on this. Most forced air systems, this really would not help much, now if your engine is sucking ruel/air, hell yes it makes a difference.

Whats the best way to get the air out of the feul system. Do you need to crack the injector lines when its all aired up. When the feul lines are full of air from over crack when you have a air leak. Thankyou for show your port work. You are really opening up the intake ports. I wish I had that talent to get the done. Right on buddy

The best way to get air out is to make sure you have fuel at the filter first off, and then crank of the engine for 10 seconds at a time to not burn up the starter. And you can Crack an injector line or 2 at a time until you get fuel coming out and then tighten it up. A remote starter button makes the job a piece of cake so you can press the button and observe the cracked injector lines at the same time!

I bought non-egr for my truck. I was thinking of polishing over winter before spring install. Does just polishing make a difference? My K1500 only has 61k miles. I have no plans on porting.

It definitely wouldn't hurt! Something like just polishing the intake is a mod that if you have the time and means to do it and it's already off, then I would do it. But I don't think I would pull the intake off of the running truck just to polish it and put it back on. If you have the time on your hands to do it, I would go for it!

Well you just made a liar out of all the guys saying the only function for the vacuum pump is to operate the Turbo waste gate. It operates the EGR valve if installed.
