I can see 10 or 11 wins if Carr stays healthy and that line holds up. I think they'll struggle out of the gate but they'll respond and get the speed and timing of this new zone sceme. Also Kubiak will utilize a FB often and I love a good FB, spider y banana.

As a saints fan I feel like I would be doing myself a disservice to go into this season trying to predict wins. At the end of the day Kub has not called a play for the Saints yet. We have the entire offense learning a new system so I wouldn’t be surprised to see “growing pains”. Making a bet on the over/under on wins is too hard to feel confident about with keeping emotions out of it.

I tell ya the analysis have some strong glizzy game. The sanctimony behind the comparison is so odd for a team like the saints that barely lost the division due to a tie breaker, you have to make the same comparison in terms like best case scenario. You have to wonder how much better the saints will be compared to the dead last ranked creative offense of last year. Certainly couldn’t be worst in my opinion.

The Buccaneers don't even have that many Superbowls, so stop acting like they're some elite team who went on a dynasty. Yeah, they had one good year with Brady, but outside that, they have been a historically bad franchise. We have been more successful and consistently good this century than them. Sorry dude you fail to realize the additions to the bucs roster. You fail to realize the saints were 2 games behind the bucs last year. Carr isn't all that he is a better version of David Carr his brother. What no one realizes is Baker is 2-2 in the playoffs on 2 trips. Where Dak is 2-5 in more appearances, in fact, 4 trips to the playoffs. I think cousins is 1-7 in 7 trips. No Baker is far better than any qb in the NFC south.

Think about it he is giving 3 wins extra for saints bucs and Atlanta. He didn't go overboard. Problem with saints and youth it takes a year or two. Where I agree with Cousins maybe reinjured and that ends Atl. Baker gets no respect. He made it to the playoffs his first whole season in Cleve. And with the Bucs. Car didn't have the weapons when Baker was there a owner that fires at the drop of a hat. Baker has had 8 coaches in his 6 years he has played with Coen before so he already knows the OC. Baker had 48 hrs to prepare with the rams.

The generic answer is that Arthur Smith is gone, and the Falcons go from Ridder + Heinicke to Cousins. A team that went 7-10 with an upside-down clown mirror type of offense and playcalling gets upgraded to a normal looking offense. At least that is the current consensus before the season. I still believe the Falcons are going to mess it up somehow
