I do agree. Katrina's voice is like a fluffy cake, it's sometimes light, soft and airy depending on the song she's trying to build. And it's just ironic how she can be so soft while building the song and at the climax she's able to throw extremely powerful belts.

All of them are individual singer. Its just there is one time that the 3guys sang a song and everyone likes it, and it become popular in the philippines. There harmonies are very nice. Thats why they start singing together. But they are all individual singers who join a singing compitetion in the philippines.
