According to the actor who played as the Priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene which is the girl apologizing the director ask almost all of the crew to go outside ter venue leaving only the Director, the two actors and camera men, the director instructed the two just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have any proper closure in real life when they broke up. There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs. I think the reason why this hits hard is because we can feel the pain of these two, they are not acting, they are broadcasting their own life using the music video.

FACT: the actress and the actor were real life couple but they broke up coz the girl fell in love with another man(also an actor from same network) and they haven't have the chance for closure.
